5.00It was a great day with Matt. We were first off the ship and there he was greeting us with with a big smile and a warm welcome to Dover. He was well prepared with artifacts, pictures and a treasure trove of stories. Often tour guides makes you feel as though you’re on a forced march. With Matt we felt privileged and that he was there for us. He was sensitive to our schedule and attention span…the narrative was.thorough but not overwhelming. He took us to fascinating places off the beaten path that you just wouldn’t get to on the larger tours. I wish all guides were as good as Matt.

5.00Matt was very knowledgeable got to see a lot of places and history. We were disappointed that we didn’t get to go into Dover Castle. Even though we didn’t get to tour the inside of any castles, we did thoroughly enjoy the experience. Thank you.

4.00Loved the hands on examples of geological items as well as our walking encyclopedia guide. Only downside is that we did not leave on time as scheduled. Were told to be at bus by 0700 but did not leave until 0730. Evidently waiting for another party which did not show up.

5.00This was an outstanding tour. Everything was a smooth process from the time of booking on viator to the company confirming pick up with us when we exited the cruise ship. The scenic views of Dover, Canterbury, the cliffs and the cute little town of sandwich were not disappointing. The guide was spectacular! Highly recommend!
