Once the passenger made a booking, we give them a call on the number provided in the booking to confirm the booking details 24 hours in advance. Our drivers will meet the passenger(s) at the terminal reception. From the meeting point, our driver will safely drop the passengers to the dedicated destination requested by the passengers. In case of any emergency passenger(s) can reach out to us through our emergency contacts.

This was our first time using Mini-Cab and it was wonderful! The company communicated clearly and quickly! The driver was so professional and kind!

The driver was Ok but management was terrible. First, our driver from Heathrow to our hotel was 1 hour late. Then our ride from the hotel to Dover was on time but was in a Prius for 4 people over 70 with no leg room (6' 5" and other 3 were 6') with 3 large bags and 2 carry one plus a walker. Had told the company preciously about the walker. Had been told we would have a van. I will never recommend this company and expect some type of reimbursement. As I said driver was ok but company management is terrible.
