Q3: Can I upgrade to quad biking or dune buggy rides? A: Yes, optional quad biking and dune buggy rides are available at an additional cost. Please inform your local tour operator in advance to reserve your upgrade.
Q: What time does the Dubai Desert Safari start? A: Pickup times usually range between 2:00 PM and 3:30 PM, depending on your hotel location.

Children must be accompanied by an adult for safety throughout the tour. Infant rates (free of charge) apply if they do not occupy a separate seat.
Children under 2 years old are not allowed to participate in dune bashing and must remain with a parent in the designated waiting area. However, they can join the rest of the activities at the desert campsite.
Infants under 2 ride free but cannot join dune bashing unless in a charged car seat. ID may be required for age verification.

5.00We had an amazing experience on the desert safari in Dubai! Our driver was right on time and made the whole trip so much fun, especially during the sand dune bashing. He even offered to take photos for us which was a lovely touch. Dinner was fantastic with a great selection of delicious food, and the entertainment was really enjoyable, the belly dancing and fire show were definite highlights of the night. The desert quad bikes were okay but not as exciting as we expected. It felt a little overpriced for what it was, as it was basically just driving around and around. Overall though, the safari experience itself was incredible and definitely worth doing while in Dubai!

3.00Our driver was fantastic. The dunes were a lot of fun. The quads and motorcycle rentals were bad. I wanted to leave the place before I got out of the vehicle. They take you to the middle of nowhere, then try to rent you crappy, child like quads and motorcycles for 3 or 4 times what should. If your bored and just want to have a water or soda and just wait till you can leave, they'll sell you one for $6. The BBQ was horrible. The show wasnt bad. I left the BBQ with a few extra flea bites. The camel ride was for a total of about 50 feet. The people in Dubai are very nice, you will always feel safe, but, if you dont know the going rate of something, they are not adverse to gouging you for as much as they can.
