This experience is designed for travelers who want more than a quick stop at the famous Black Lake and prefer to discover Durmitor’s hidden nature, glacial lakes, and quiet forest trails.
Option 1 – Durmitor Glacial Lakes Walk
Visit three beautiful lakes surrounded by ancient pine forest: Black Lake, peaceful Zminje Lake, and the secluded Barno Lake. Enjoy an easy scenic walk and free time for photos in one of Montenegro’s most pristine alpine environments.
Option 2 – Jablan Lake & Mountain Heritage Trail
A moderate hike toward Jablan Lake passing the traditional village of Bosaca and historic sites of Pirlitor and Momcilov Grad. Expect panoramic views, local legends, and authentic mountain scenery.
Both options reveal the quieter side of Durmitor National Park and its timeless landscapes.

5.00It was the best tour ever, amazing 4 days! We liked Budva and Kotor, but the most beautiful places for us were Skadar Lake and Black Lake on Durmitor. Wild beauty in Montenegro is really amazing! For sure, we will come again. Of course, we had excellent tourist guide (Nikola). See you soon again.
