Each bike hire comes equipped with a helmet, bike lock, pump, and spare tube, ensuring you have everything you need for a safe and enjoyable journey. Our Mountain Bikes are 2018 models Merida Big Seven 100 Small, Big Nine 100 Medium or Large. Our E-Bikes are step through Merida eSPRESSO CC in small, medium or large. We are passionate about encouraging everyone to spend time in nature and embracing an active lifestyle. We love showcasing some of our favourite locations for these activities, and we can't wait for you to experience them firsthand. Get ready to explore Eden on two wheels and create unforgettable memories. Pre-book your bike hire with us, as we operate a mobile service and will only be present at the Port of Eden for scheduled pre-bookings. For every booking, $1 goes to support conservation of the area in collaboration with the Clean Curalo Project.

We prebooked our e-bike hire ahead of our visit to Eden via cruise ship. The company were great, communicating with us via email with route suggestions, safety video, and instructions about pick up prior to our arrival. It was easy to find the bikes just a short stroll from the cruise ship. When we arrived the staffwere friendly and helpful- explaining everything and answering our questions. We had booked medium bikes but were able to swap to the small size which was perfect for us ( I am 5 foot 3 inches, 163cm). The bikes were well maintained and fully charged. They came with helmets and a lock so we could secure them safely while swimming. The map on the front basket made navigation easy. This was or first time riding e-bikes and we loved it. They easily handled the hills around Eden. Four hours hire gave us enough time to cycle around the lake and back with stops at the Mary Mackillop museum, various lookouts, the beach, swimming at Aisling Rock Pool, and bird watching around the lake. Such a fabulous way to explore Eden. Highly recommended!

This outfitter is first rate. They provide quality bikes, ebikes, locks, helmets, handlebar bags, panniers for backpacks, water bottle holders, and locks. We felt fully outfitted for our day. They even have a map with recommended trails and points of interest. What I liked most is that even though they only had L bikes left for my husband and me, the bikes accommodated both of our heights. He is 6 feet 2 inch and I am 5 feet 1 inch or 1.87 meters and 1.54 meters, respectively. We had a great day. If you are considering renting, we highly recommend them!! Go see Jess.

Friendly staff happy to help beginners on Ebikes.Bikes are better than other local company and the rates are better as well .4 hours hire gives you time to look at shops and museums great day .

Excellent bikes with available bikes at the cruise port terminal. The bikes had a bottle rack for water bottles as well as a rack for a backpack. Nice experience.

The bikes were in good shape and ready for us to use when we got off our cruise ship. It was nice to have a map and storage on the bike. We enjoyed seeing the area, including some kangaroos on the golf course.

We had a wonderful time. Briefing was adequate on how to operate the bike. Bikes were in good condition. A little difficult to maneuver given it was our first time.

Tour company with all of the bikes were waiting for us right at the port. It was very easy to find them. We rented the bikes on our own. The ride to the lake had a few hills to it, but we made it no problem. The ride around the lake was beautiful. We were glad we did it. If you ride to the golf course, keep your eyes open for cockatoos! There were a bunch of them in the trees.
