This is a must for anyone's trip to Cancun. This was our 2nd time visiting Chichen Itza and was amazing. We brought family this time. Cesar was an excellent guide and made the entire trip great. We couldn't ask for a better guide or better experience. This really is a must when visiting Cancun!

Save your time and money do not book this tour. Our tour guide Rafa was sarcastic and condescending throughout causing many people to be tuned out. Sat México told me I could pay with a credit card on the bus with the tour guide for the Chichen Itza fees. This was not the case and we had to end up paying cash so you may want to confirm that. The tour bus itself was built with inadequate seating space. You feel crammed in there with less space than a normal airplane seat. The ride to Chichen Itza was more than two hours so you can imagine how uncomfortable it was. We made an unnecessary stop at a Mayan village tourist trap. Don’t buy anything there you can find the same things at Chichen Itza for a fraction of the cost. Once we finally made it to Chichen Itza the tour lasted for about an hour and 15 minutes. Again, Rafa was less than informative and seemed short with his comments. We then had about 40 minutes to explore for ourselves. Next stop was the buffet lunch and Cenote. The buffet was pathetic and they even served spaghetti instead of another authentic Mexican dish. The Cenote was very nice. Our next stop was the so-called tequila tasting, which was more like tequila sipping. They made three very small pours and that was it, not worth the stop. So to conclude, I would recommend booking a private tour to Chichen Itza and avoid this tour combo and company all together.

Well organised experience - communication was really good before the tour and our guide Tony was so informative and energetic. His recommendations were well received (including renting an umbrella at Chichen Itzá which was definitely needed!). Our only con of this trip was that the seats on the bus had barely any space so we spent 4+ hours with our knees pressed against the seat in front of us. All in all we had an incredible day out and would definitely recommend this experience!

We went on June 17 and were lovely both Miriam and Paul. You can tell they enjoy their work. They explain the story with passion and solve your doubts! 100% recommended.

Our tour guide, Cesar, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and a great host. I would highly recommend this tour, despite the long duration. It was about 12 hours long in total but you get to experience a lot and the order you get to do it it perfectly organized.
