It was a delight having Jamie as our tour guide especially with the additional knowledge of Singapore’s history and surrounding area. We visited places and tried dishes which we probably would never have set foot in . Would highly highly recommend.

Jamie led us round Katong and found lots of things to eat that we would never have known about, sometimes from places we might have never thought to go into. She was great at giving us lots of information on the area and history, as well as contemporary Singapore. Overall an excellent tour and excellent guide, definitely recommended (and make sure you get the bak koot teh, with dark soy sauce and chili)!

We had the lovely Jamie as our tour guide. She was very knowledgeable about the area and the history of the food places we went to. We stopped at five places, each a different cuisine and flavour. She was happy to stop at Starbucks because I needed my morning coffee fix🙏You must go on this tour with an empty stomach! 😅👌 I recommend this if you love trying different flavours and wanting to know the background and history of food in Singapore.

A wonderful walking tour with Jamie; she shared information about the area's history & what it's like now from a local's perspective. We got to enjoys some delicious snacks Jamie made us feel like we were spending time with a friend. Having visited Singapore numerous times, Katong/Joo Chiat was an area we had not spent any time, so finding this walk was ideal. I'd recommend this walk to anyone who enjoys a different area of Singapore & enjoys good food.

This was a great trip. A nice mix of history, culture, and food! I've been to Singapore a few times before but never to this part of town. It was really interesting hearing about the Peranakan history. And, again, the food was amazing! Thanks to Jamie our guide who looked after us, kept us entertained and showed us the best places to go - she was amazing. A great trip!

We did a food and history tour with Jamie. She was fantastic, she made us feel very welcome and provided us with a couple of small snacks to help get us to our first food stop. Jamie take on the history of the area was first class. She has a bubbly personality and great sense of humour. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour and would suggest that if given a chance ask for Jamie to be your tour guide. Thanks for a lovely morning.

This was a wonderful escape into areas of Singapore that a tourist wouldn't normally see. Jamie Seow was funny and informative. The curry puffs were absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend.
