Snake Island
Snake Island, also known as Vigan Island, is a popular tourist spot in the El Nido province of the Philippines. The island is well known for its unique natural formation: a long, winding sandbar that snakes out to sea, which gives the island its popular name, Snake Island. The sandbar is only visible during low tide, and during high tide it disappears under the water.
The island boasts a 750-meter stretch of powdery white sand beach and offers stunning views of both the sunrise and sunset. The vibrant coral reefs close to the shore make it an excellent spot for snorkeling and diving. The island is also surrounded by a marine sanctuary that's home to a diverse array of marine and bird life, making it a nature lover's paradise.

4.00And enjoyable day, but there were a few disappointments. No cathedral cave, which was on the itinerary. And there were no fish at the snorkeling spot. Just large coral. Snake Island was at high tide so no snake sandbar . And we had to pay for lunch, which was a surprise. The boat crew was not as fun as tour A

1.00Honestly, maybe it was the tour operator but this tour was so unorganized. This was my first time booking a tour on viator where the operator didn't contact me ahead of time to coordinate pickup. As such, the pick up was late and just disorganized. When we arrived to the boat the disorganization continued. It just felt like they sent the B team and they were not focused on safety, organization or anything. Would not recommend.

1.00We booked this El Nido tour through TripAdvisor/Viator with Isla Paraiso Travel & Tours, but it was actually conducted by a completely different company, Life Simple Pleasures Travel & Tours (we only found out after the tour ended when we went to collect the environmental receipts). Pickup was also late. We were told the driver would arrive between 8:30–9:00 AM and to be ready 15 minutes early, but they didn’t show up until 9:30 AM. Because they were late, they ended up adding us to another tour run by a different (and cheaper) operator, instead of the one we actually booked. Later, we discovered that Life Simple Pleasures (cheaper option) offers the same tour for ₱1,300 per person, while we paid ₱5,010.07 in total for two people through this listing. The price difference is significant and makes this booking feel misleading and unfair. Also, make sure to collect your environmental receipt after the tour!! Overall, the experience was disorganised, overpriced, and not as described. If you’re visiting El Nido, book directly with local operators. You will get the same trip for a fraction of the cost and avoid this kind of hassle.

5.00Seen some wonderful things. Had 5 stops. Luckily no rain, but a bit cloudy. You can also smoke on the boat. The food was good too.
An amazing trip experience with the right tour guide and company. They are interactive and very helpful.

5.00The tour guides CJ and his companions are really great, they are helpful and organized. CJ has very good communication skills and makes the whole trip more fun and lively. The company had great communication and was also on time. The whole experience was amazing and great. The company knows very well how to organize the whole trip. 5 stars for this company. I will recommend this company and CJ as a great tour guide. This is an amazing experience with the right company and tour guide. They did a great job.

5.00This was an incredible way to sight see and explore beyond El Nido. We loved it, and the tour guide and staff were incredible. Not only were they friendly and informative, they went the extra mile to help my mother in-law through some tight cave entrances and through the water in getting off and back onto the boat. Absolutely recommend!

4.00The tour is very good and I recommend it. Some positive points. -Paradisiac places; - Good lunch; - Stops at beaches and snorkeling spots. Some points that deserve attention. - The boat "Gavas" needs maintenance when compared to others. - The Gavas crew is attentive but needs more training in dealing with tourists and working on the vessel. Other than that, I recommend the tour. 🇧🇷
