  BEST COMPANY! We had excellent treatment and communication from the first time. We had excellent drivers and excellent human beings. Andrés, Alvaro and the brother-in-law of one of the two of them were supporting us... but I didn't have the name. I highly recommend the service. The units were always clean and in perfect condition. Timeliness was extraordinary and communication extremely effective. They were perfectly adapted to our needs and I have nothing but to thank them extensively and recommend them with whoever reads this message. I tried before I contacted them, two more agencies. No point of comparison. Do not hesitate to make your transfers with Pure Travel!

  Pure Travel agency and their amazing staff were a huge help in making our vacation to El Salvador so enjoyable and successful! Before we left, we kept in touch with them through WhatsApp. They responded quickly, very professional, and clear. There are lots of ways to get around in El Salvador, but it takes a bit of digging and reliable GPS which we learned was more challenging than expected. But, based on how great and thorough their service was, I’d definitely suggest hiring a private driver—it was worth the cost. We had our driver for a week, working 8-12 hours a day. Our driver, Rosa, was incredibly knowledgeable about the culture, history, and all the different parts of the country. She was super flexible with our plans, gave us great suggestions, and even helped us translate when we needed it. We saw lots of tourist spots, and Rosa was also there to help with little things like running errands at the grocery store. She always greeted us with such gratitude and professionalism, and by the end of our trip, she became a dear friend who we’ll miss dearly. Rosa, there are not enough words to tell you how grateful we are for meeting you! We’re so grateful for our time in this beautiful country.   First, our guide Luis Ramirez was the absolute best, if you can request him I highly recommend it! He was a pleasure to talk with and is extremely knowledgeable about the area. Speaks perfect English, Spanish and some French. Second, the City tour we took was so awesome, getting to learn all about the city’s history and visit the different locations was perfect. Then we visited the volcano that was beautiful. And we finished the day with a delicious lunch, don’t sleep on this lunch place (with rainbow slide), it was AMAZING!

  My wife and I intentionally scheduled an 8-hour layover in El Salvador on our way home from Guatemala, thinking it would be the perfect way to cap off an already incredible 12-day trip. That turned out to be an understatement. With the airport about 45 minutes from San Salvador’s city center, we knew we needed a reliable driver who could pick us up, show us around, and maximize our limited time. After some research, we landed on Pure Travel, and booking with them was an absolute no-brainer. Lisbeth was our guide for the day and she was fantastic. Her English was flawless, her knowledge of the city and Salvadoran culture was impressive, and every recommendation she made hit the mark. She was completely accommodating to what we wanted to do and, beyond that, just a genuinely pleasant person to spend the day with. El Salvador itself is a place I hope more people begin to explore as word continues to spread about how safe and beautiful the country has become. • Perfect way to move around El Salvador

  Fernando was excellent. His drivers are punctual, courteous and extremely accommodating. I rented his minivans for transportation to and from the airport and also for 8 and 12 hours to do sightseeing. I recommend his company highly if you don't want the hassle of renting a car and navigating through crazy traffic. Visited El Salvador from Texas for the first time and there is so much to see and his company made it so much more enjoyable. Vehicles are clean, air conditioned and comfortable. Price is well worth the service!

  Of all my travels, this was one of the most memorable experiences. Fernando was an amazing tour guide! We went to all of the must-see attractions like the Rainbow Slide, and some spots off the beaten path! He even took me to a local eatery with the best pupusas! If I return to El Salvador, I’ll be booking again!

  It was the perfect ride for a day long lay over. I picked the places I wanted to go. Luis was so knowledgeable he also provided me with a tour of some of the spaces and recommended the best foods and where we could find them. It was a great day and I got beck to the airport without any stress.

  Excellent service! Luis was on time, friendly, spoke great English, and had great recommendations. When we changed our itinerary, he quickly found another fun stop — really appreciated his flexibility. This is a great way to get out of the city and see the places you want to without having a set tour itinerary.
