Enjoy a biking tour from Rovaniemi into the wild arctic forests! With your fatbike, you can ride without limits : the fat tires allow you to go on city roads, rocky terrains, sand and even snow! We offer different options for the guided tour and rental. Your guide will lead you from Rovaniemi city centre on a scenic itinerary. The tour is always adapted, based on your level and condition. The chosen route is designed to let you first get familiar with your fatbike on easy cycling paths before entering forests roads and/or reaching hilltops. A cultural tour of the different points of interests of the city and Santa Claus Village is also possible for those who are willing to go on an easy ride without too many challenges. In all cases, you may discuss the best itinerary options for your group. During this 3.5-hour tour, your guide will also make a longer break to a nice viewpoints and prepare a typical Finnish snack around the fire for you! This is a good moment to learn more about the local culture and other aspects of Lapland.

They went above and beyond, not only during the tour but also by offering invaluable recommendations about auroras, the town, and local activities. It was clear that their priority was customer satisfaction rather than just selling something. For example, they gave us honest advice about the best nights to see the auroras and the best hikes to explore—not trying to upsell, but genuinely ensuring we had the best experience possible in Rovaniemi. 5.00We took a two day overnight e fat bike tour - visited a small local family reindeer farm and stayed overnight in a cabin on a lake. It was easily the highlight of our time in Finland. The mountain biking was definitely challenging- but can be adapted to meet anyone’s needs. Our guide took us off the beaten path which was resulted in an exciting adventure that we will remember for time to come. The reindeer farm visit felt authentic and we enjoyed our meal there. And the highlight of the trip was staying at the small rustic cabin on a lake with traditional sauna - which was a reward after a long day of biking. This is definitely an experience that we highly recommend! Nordic Odyssey took care of all details and supplies and our guide was great!
