San Juan de Gaztelugatxe
It's a very special place for basque people. Little island connected to land through a stone bridge and with an outstanding view. After going down the cliff by a path, we must climb 241 step in order to get to San Juan ermitage. The views are impossible to forget.
Bermeo
The most important seafaring town in Biscay, full of life and interesting history. A walk through the old town will take us to the port.

5.00Absolutely amazing tour! Jose was very knowledgeable local tour guide, easy to communicate with and he makes tour very enjoyable! He organized very nice lunch for us at local restaurant in Bernmeo! So far, this was the best tour in Spain! Thank you very much, Jose!

5.00We had a wonderful day touring the coast of Biscay with Jose. He is truly a friendly, lovely person whose company we thoroughly enjoyed as he took us to San Juan de Gaztelugatxe, Bumaka, Bermeo and Guernica. We highly recommend his tour!

5.00A beautiful day at the coast. Jose was very considerate in not making us walk to the car on a very hot day We especially enjoyed Guernica, and the site of the Game of Thrones. A very well paced tour Highly recommend this tour with Jose

5.00This was one of the best excursions we have ever taken. The itinerary was out of this world and Jose Luis was so professional and friendly. He was punctual and gave us information throughout the entire day. He knew where and when to go in order to avoid the crowds and show us the best of the places we visited. It was an absolutely outstanding day. We learned so much about the Basque Country, their history, customs, culture, their respect for nature and their traditions. At the end of the day we felt a good friend had picked us up and showed us around. Highly recommended excursion. Thank you so much Jose Luis! We will never forget this day!

5.00We did the Biscay tour with Jose today. It was a private tour just for us and it was one of the best days on our trip! Jose is very knowledge and passionate about the traditions and history of Basque country. He didn't feel like a tour guide, he felt like a local friend showing us around. The entire experience felt so genuine, comfortable, and fun! We enjoyed every second of it! We couldn't recommend him enough. eskerrik asko, Jose!!!

5.00AMAZING! Skip the crowds in Bilbao and book this private excursion with Jose, a native who is very knowledgeable about this region and its history. Jose takes great pride in the Basque region and his work as a guide, and it shows. Jose’s lunch recommendation in Bermeo was delightful. Jose provided us umbrellas to keep us dry, and the rain did little to affect our experience. When we were ahead of schedule after making our way through the itinerary, instead of returning us Jose surprised us with an additional stop and even went out of his way to make another requested stop to get food for my son prior to our departure. If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would! We won’t forget our great memories in Basque Country!
