For ticket verification, the traveler must provide the operator with all traveler's passport details by email/Whatsapp.

The operator will issue the ticket under the guest's passport information. You must bring your passport/ID card to verify at the check-in counter. Please be advised that guests who do not meet the requirements may be denied entry into the park without refund.
