For ticket verification, the traveler must provide the operator with all traveler's passport details by email/Whatsapp.

The operator will issue the ticket under the guest's passport information. You must bring your passport/ID card to verify at the check-in counter. Please be advised that guests who do not meet the requirements may be denied entry into the park without refund.

Period 1: From 10:30 to 12:00

Period 2: From 12:30 to 14:00

Aquatopia Water Park: Open from 10:30 to 16:30 (Games are operating in actual time period)

Exotica Park: Open from 9:30 to 16:00
