5.00Excellent day trip. Everyone at the company has been really friendly and brilliant with communication throughout the whole booking experience and the trip itself. Kept us informed on what’s happening throughout. Ami was our guide for the day and was really fun and friendly. Paid extra for the sea walking experience and that was also really worth it! So much packed in to one day and was great value.

5.00We really liked the experience! It is quite touristy, but it’s really well done. You always know where to go, what to do and even how to pose! Jennifer helped with everything! We came back home very happy!

5.00We had a really great time.. everything was amazing, Right from the start of the tour till the end of it..Hugo was excellent but to top it all of..Tom was Exceptional!!! The Best Tour Guide I've ever experienced.. Everything was Co-ordinated exceptionally and it was Amazing. Thank You So Much❤️

5.00We had great experiences with this tour vendor in Phu Quoc. The tour coordinator, Minh, called us the night before the tour day to give us detailed itinerary, pick-up time/locations. During the tour day, Duyen (Ami), was very responsive to our questions and concerns. She made sure everyone has the best time and experiences as possible. We loved the fact that they also gave us alternative options to choose for the last part of the tour. We opted for going to Sunset town instead of staying at water park. We met great people, had great time and experiences during this short trip to Phu Quoc islets.

5.00The tour itself has multiple stops, and the actual time in the sea is 40-80 mins, depending on your choices. The service is amazing. I will elaborate below. The tour guides picked us up on time, and took us to the harbour. There was a little bit of waiting around before they took us to the next stop, which had undersea walking (have to pay extra for that), which we did not go for, so there wasn't much to do there. The next island gives the option to go for snorkeling or a photoshoot. Due to a miscommunication, we missed the snorkeling and had to go for the photoshoot, which was fun. They made us pose on hammocks, swings and a paddle board. The next stop is another snorkeling spot and it was a decent spot. We saw quite a few fish and the water was pleasant. It was about 40 mins in the water. The last spot was another larger island with the Sunworld amusement park and the buffet lunch. The buffet was massive and we were free to walk around the park after that. This part was about 3 hours. The last leg was the cable cart and that was a truly fantastic experience. The views are gorgeous. Overall, while the trip was long, with quite a bit of waiting around, the tour guides were excellent. Despite the initial miscommunication, they made sure to give us great service, even going so far as to drop off the towel that I forgot in their boat at our hotel well after the ride had ended. I have seldom seen that level of dedication to customer satisfaction

5.00Highly recommended, great communication by Minh from customer service, our tour guide Tom was exceptionally good. The bus picked us up on time & comfortably transported to the first location. We were the 1st tour group to arrive to the 1st island. Plenty of photo opportunities Lovely location

5.00My group of 18 had a fantastic time boating, snorkeling, eating, and riding the cable cars! Minh from the customer care team quickly answered every question our group had before the trip. Our tour guide Ami was on top of it! She was so nice and kept careful track of our big group. Our day was perfect thanks to the flawless care we received <3
