Highlights today will be the library of Celsus,the temple of Artemis and fruit wine tasting in Şirince.

Meryemana (The Virgin Mary's House)
We starts our tour pick up service from any hotel you stay in Izmir. If you are booing your Ephesus with us and you stay in Kusadasi, it is first pick up location which is going to depart 07:30 am and continue to Selcuk where there will be meeting with other participants. After everyone comes together tour starts with the House of Virgin Mary. House of Virgin Mary is the place where Mary may have spent her last days. Indeed, she may have come in the area together with Saint John. This place was offically declared a shrine of the Roman Catholic Church in 1986, and since then it has become a popular place of pilgrimage. Pope Paul VI visited shrine in 1967. The visit to the House (church) takes about 45 minutes and after our visit; there will be a 5 min drive to Ephesus.
The Temple of Artemis
we will carry on with the visit to Temple of Artemis; which is one of the Seven Wonders of antiquity. Here, there will be good chance to shoot photos of Church of St. John and Mosque of Isa Bey from the best angle as well.

5.0010/10. The host was phenomenal in explaining the history, the variety in activities throughout the day between the ruins, witnessing a carpet/textile site near the ruins, lunch and then finishing in Sirince made for a phenomenal day. Must do activity when you’re in Izmir

5.00This was Excellence at its finest, from pick up to drop off, I was blown away, on time pick up with a wonderful driver, then the tour guide, let me tell you, I’ve been all over the world, but I believe his name was Naseem, the Knowledge and information, the details of each location, geography, explanations, EXCELLENCE. The time pace at each stop, the kindness caring courteous respectful, there are No words, I would give this my Top 3 tours of my 20 plus years of travel, the food was extraordinary, I have No words, I would do this tour Again and again each time I visit turkey, you will Be blown away, excellence at its finest With again if I remember correctly Nasir or nasim was our tour guide. Don’t think twice, book now.! This experience to me was priceless.

5.00My husband and I had a tour of Ephesus with Gil and Omur which is one of the best tours we have done. Gul’s knowledge was clearly excellent but the way she shared it made the experience come alive for us. Omur was kind, patient and friendly which made for a very easy trip. The lunch provided was generous, very tasty and provided in a cool and pretty environment. Overall we would totally recommend both the company and Gul… if we were staying longer we would definitely ask for her as our guide again.

5.00A wonderful day out that was fascinating. It’s more than just history. Ephesus itself is stunning and well worth it on its own to find out the history and significance of the place. The Virgin Mary’s House was tranquil and spiritual, arriving early before the cruise ship tours, as we did, is definitely recommended. Walking through Ephesus with a knowledgable and friendly guide such as Hakan, made the history of the place come alive. The carpet weaving experience was informative and fascinating - and the rugs were beautiful. Lunch and the leather factory were also great value, before the beauty of Sirinçe. A great day out for all the family and value for money.

5.00The tour was very good. The day was long - picked up at 7:30 and dropped off at 5:30 - but the guide was really good so he kept it moving. He was seasoned so both knowledgeable and attentive. The driver had a long day! He was very good. Ephesus is amazing - that was the highlight and reason to go.

5.00This was honestly one of the best days I’ve had in Turkey! Our tour guide, Nizam, was absolutely amazing — so funny, friendly, and full of knowledge. You can tell he truly loves what he does and knows the history inside out. I learned so much, laughed a lot, and just had the best time. It felt less like a tour and more like spending the day with a really cool friend who happens to know everything about the place. Highly recommend!
