5.00If you are thinking about doing this tour, I highly recommend that you take the tour with the cable car option. The views are stunning, and the tour operators Monica and Ludo are the kindest people that I met in Catania. Monica was our guide, and the amount of information she shared about Etna is amazing. The way that she speaks and the information she shares about Etna tells you that this is not just a job. It is her passion! I can not say enough about Ludo or Monica except that they are amazing people and you will not regret joining their tour!

5.00Just returned from very enjoyable trip (8.30 till 16.30). A group of 8 of various nationalities and interests. Guide (Salvo) was enthusiastic knowledgeable and kind. Most of the party took the cable car and went further (at extra cost). They loved it. I stayed at 3000m and spent time walking around craters and having tea at one the the restaurants (clean and good quality food). Then we all stopped to explore a lava tunnel before joining a tasting at Ragaina The drive and whole trip was enjoyable and well worth it including the opportunity to drive through the pine forest. I recommend it.

5.00Our tour guide Ludovico was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. He picked us up directly from our hotel and we had the vehicle to ourselves. Took us up Etna for some amazing views, went to a lava flow cave, had a free tasting session and had lunch at Aci Trezza. Overall was a great experience and would highly recommend. The only negative point was we felt we could have spent more time going even higher up on mount Etna.

5.00Fabulous day with Etnavic. Ludovico was of great help explaining all the options suitable for us. Picked up by our guide Luigi from the hotel and spent a joyous day in his company. Luigi was at all times considerate and a font of knowledge on matters Etna and it was a great education for us. Etnavic laid on a very special day; one excellent company.

5.00Unforgettable adventure with Luiggi the perfect guide who has explained us the volcans like a scientist! Incredible vew in a black and white landscape because of the snow... A full day which seemed 1 hour! Really great!

5.00We had a fabulous tour with Etnavic. Our tour guide Luigi was fantastic, he was super knowledgeable and answered all our questions about volcanoes, volcanic activity and every detail concerning Etna. We did the 2hr hike and the views were spectacular. We are so happy we booked this tour and highly recommend it to anyone interested in a great day at Etna.
