We will travel to the city of Cafayate, the land of the sun and wine, located in the Calchaquí Valley 180 km from the Salta capital that are transited by one of the most striking and renowned routes of the Argentine North.

Visit to the wine center of the province, crossing La Quebrada de Las Conchas. Erosion has formed a succession of natural wonders such as the Devil's Throat, a deep, closed canyon. The Amphitheater (with perfect natural acoustics), The Toad, The Friar, The Obelisk, The Castles.

Gradually, the arid landscape is replaced by large tracts of vineyards until you reach one of the most striking regions within the Calchaquíes Valleys: Cafayate, a town of single-storey houses between colonial and baroque architecture of the late 19th century.

Terrible experience on the Tour to Cafayate with Quebrada Turismo which I booked with Getyourguide. Terrible communication with the company. They kept me waiting almost an hour for the pickup. When I informed the guide (Martín) that they had been delayed for a long time, he told me that he is only the guide, that the complaints go to getyourguide or Quebrada Turismo. Martín got all rude because I had complained about the delay in picking up. The visit to the winery is only in Spanish so for those who speak only English it is not worth doing it. The tour doesn't stop in all the viewing points mentioned (only in 4 of them). You just drive and see them as you pass The tour guide Martín was sitting adelites in the van reading the "script" only what we were seeing, little interaction with us. In short, terrible professionalism of the guide Martín and the Quebrada Turismo company

We LOVED it! Our guide, Jess, was LOVELY from start to finish. The information she gave us (both in Spanish and English) was very interesting...it is obvious that she has great historical and cultural knowledge! Important thing: we felt safe thanks to the talent of the driver, Daniel... because the road is particularly winding and there are sometimes obstacles on the road!

Very much enjoyed the day - Fabio was GREAT! made a point of making everyone feel welcome - even got up at the lunch spot to get our meals for us - full of humour and enthusiasm ! Really enjoyed the lunch and the music!!!

This tour was visually breathtaking and the stops were good choices for beauty and photos. What I didn’t like was that the microphone on the bus was bad and made it nearly impossible to understand what the guide was saying. Also, the recommended place that was declared as a cheap and delicious place was mediocre and overpriced. The fact that the staff did not eat there should have been a red flag. Makes me think they get commission. Definitely eat elsewhere.
