1.00I recently took a flight that left me utterly disappointed. The airplane that was advertised during the booking process looked nothing like the one that actually took us for the tour. I had high expectations based on the promotional images, and it was disheartening to see such a stark difference. To add to my frustration, I was charged for fuel surcharges despite the booking clearly stating that these would not apply to my fare. This feels misleading and unfair. I expected a certain level of transparency and honesty when booking my flight, but my experience was far from satisfactory. I won’t be flying this again.

5.00Great personal experience flying over Toronto skyline, took up the option of individual flight for 2 of us on our 24th wedding anniversary at a small cost which gave us a fantastic view of the city.
