  This Muscat City Tour was an amazing experience for our group of friends. Our guide Saud was fantastic – very knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. He made the whole tour very enjoyable. We explored the historic Mutrah Souq, admired the architecture of the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, and stopped for photos at the beautiful Al Alam Palace. The highlight was tasting authentic Omani food and learning about the culture from a local guide. If you visit Muscat with friends, this tour is definitely worth it!

  We had a wonderful Muscat City Tour with our family and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Oman. Our guide Mosab was very friendly, knowledgeable, and great with the kids. He shared interesting stories about Omani culture and history while taking us to the most beautiful places in Muscat. We visited the magnificent Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, walked through the colorful Mutrah Souq, and enjoyed the stunning views along the Mutrah Corniche. The traditional Omani food we tried during the tour was also delicious. This tour is perfect for families who want to discover Muscat comfortably with a local guide. Highly recommended!

  My partner and I booked the Muscat City Tour during our stay in Oman and it was an unforgettable experience. Our guide Ali made the tour very relaxed and enjoyable. He explained the history of the city and showed us many beautiful locations. The visit to the stunning Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque was breathtaking, and we loved walking around the royal area near Al Alam Palace. Watching the sunset near Mutrah Corniche was a magical moment. The traditional Omani lunch included in the tour was also a great cultural experience. Perfect tour for couples visiting Muscat!

  This tour was perfect for my solo trip to Muscat! Mohamed, my guide, was welcoming and insightful from the first minute. We visited the magnificent Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, admired the architecture at the Royal Opera House, enjoyed the seaside vibes at Al-Qurm Beach, and got lost in the charm of Muttrah Souq. I felt safe, well-taken care of, and learned so much about Oman’s history and traditions. Great choice for solo travelers wanting a personal and enriching experience.

  Strongly recommend! Very easy to arrange the day tour and very well organise. The tour guide take very good care of you and you fell like home! Pitty that I only stayed for a day!

  Musab was a fantastic guide. Highly recommend. He shared lots of his personal experiences, family and culture with my wife and I. His food recommendation for a non-tourist type was great, some of the best seafood and kunefe for dessert! We did an afternoon/evening tour which was a really great way to see the city. Will definitely give Musab a call next time in Oman! Oh and his local date shop... next level!

  We had already spent 2 weeks camping and returned to Muscat for our last 2 days. We felt we needed to hire a guide for the day, to truly see Muscat and learn its history. Because we had driven around Oman for 2 weeks, we had lots of questions that we wanted info on. Our guide was Musab and he was amazing. We were able to ask him all sorts of questions that we had been wondering about. Very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Also his English was great. Would recommend him highly.

  The tour started after our agreed start time and we had a specific itinerary which we provided in advance but this had not been given to our guide. We also had specific timings we needed for our itinerary which again we provided in advance but were left killing time even though it was a pre agreed itinerary agreed arranged start time. After the poor start….. The tour covered everything we asked and the guide had a good level of knowledge about Oman and Muscat, he kept us informed of the local area, buildings and Omani culture, government and sultan leadership. We visited Muscat, souq, markets, iconic buildings such as the royal opera house, Al Alam Palace, Bait Al Zubair among others which the guide provided details, facts and interesting knowledge. We were dropped off outside the souq and told we would meet up in the same place after 45-60 mins. We would have appreciated the offer of being accompanied as it can be intimidating and confusing finding your way around. After the agreed time we went back and waited at the meeting point and messaged the tour guide a couple of times before he returned. The tour was good and even the poor start and lack of communication with our itinerary did not put a disappointing feel on the tour. We were disappointed with the vehicle, however, which was an off road style vehicle with only 1 and a half door access and more useful in the desert not touring around Muscat. Fortunately we have no mobility issues or any perceived disabilities but if we had we would have not been able to get in and out vehicle it was not easy or graceful. The ride was very harsh and bounced around at higher speeds and around the roads we did feel shaken by the end. We expected more of a luxury vehicle as per our request at booking and preferences made, but we made the most of the tour.

  We (three women) were visiting Oman for a holiday and decided to book a private tour to see some of the city’s famous sights. It was the only way to do it! Musab collected us from our hotel at 8.30am and drove us to all the main sights with a pit stop for lunch at a traditional Omani restaurant. Musab is very friendly, talkative and knowledgeable. We asked him anything and everything and he answered it all! We loved driving around with him in his jeep and hearing all about Oman’s traditions & history. Highly recommend.
