5.00We had a wonderful experience with Rosa! The cooking class at her home is not only fun, you also really learn about Vietnamese cuisine and how to cook the dishes at home. A few things you prepare yourself, a few are cooked / prepared for you. But you get the recipes for all dishes, so nothing escapes you if you don't prepare some things yourself! Of particular note is the friendly nature of Rosa and her family, the beautiful atmosphere at her home and of course the delicious food! If there was one thing we would note or improve, it was that we might have wished to prepare a typical Vietnamese dessert ourselves. Otherwise, we were completely satisfied and can only warmly recommend the course at Rosa!

5.00We booked a cooking class with Rosa. She first showed us around the market, let us taste different fruits that we didn't know and showed us all sorts of things. Then we went with her to her parents' house, where we were warmly welcomed. We were then allowed to cook three courses, whereby again a lot was explained to us. Two courses were cooked by the family and there were still delicious fruits. It was way too much, but incredibly delicious! Rosa tried very hard, was extraordinarily lovely and also gave us two all-purpose graters that we found so practical. All in all a great evening, we can highly recommend the evening with Rosa and her family. Yummiiiie... 🥰
