1.00Do not book with Viator. I changed the time of my crossing, they told me it was actioned but was only actually actioned after I was refused boarding and I brought it to their attention. They have since claimed that I am lying and they had changed the time - despite the check in desk showing me their screen with the incorrect time. Support are unhelpful and keen to pass the buck. Book direct with the travel company and avoid these scammers at all costs. I will never book with Viator again.

5.00Fantastic cruise ship. So many things to do on board. Definitely recommend this. Gives you enough time in Helsinki to do a proper walking tour and then come to Tallinn.
