  The bus driver was phenomenal. He had such a great sense of knowledge and a wicked sense of humor . The trip around the Statue of Liberty was breathtaking.

• Extremely late pickup start and never picked up at the end!

  40 minutes late past pick up time. The woman representing the company at the purported pickup location was sitting down on the ground in front of the store so not easily visible nor was she she looking out for any customers.. If my husband hasn't looked down and saw her and the company t shirt, would never have noticed her. She was not sitting in front of Olive Garden as they said was where the stop is. We kept asking her if the bus was almost here and would just say it's coming but no ETA given to update us. After the tour ended, the bus never arrived to pick up after waiting at least 20 min, so we finally left as it was late and past dinner time. The customer service number that Viator customer service has for the company was not valid when I called it to ask for ETA. We had to take public transportation to get back to our hotel. When we originally booked this tour, I had asked when exactly was the next tour and they couldn't give any specific time other than just be there before 4:00, so I figured there were several buses that continue to rotate through this stop but during our whole wait, never saw any other buses like ours at all,so I think this was the only bus that runs! Many other company buses go through multiple times, but not this. When on the bus, it was so filthy. Old ear buds left plugged in, all over the ground, trash and food on the upper deck where we sat. Someone should have at least swept through to do a quick clean up between passenger loads. The translator was speaking 2 languages at once, one in each ear and sometimes it was finicky and would cut out. Not as much narration in this audio. Would have liked more. Maybe there would have been more on the way back but wouldn't know because they never picked up!

  This company was not organized for our experience. Sat on bus for over an hour due to trying to fill seats- no narrated details we did not know what we were seeing. The boat tour to lady liberty was the same- lined up in the hot son for over an hour with the boat sitting while workers counted heads to ensure numbers. Meanwhile other tour boats were coming back and leaving on time. The experience details say every 30 minutes. Not true plan to wait.
