  The bus took over an hour to show up and was late to the point that we missed the boat tour. I walked around the entire block several times. No customer service. You need to leave a VM.

  Very dirty bus. They just put on tape describing what was in a block, then repeated the same song. We didn't go to the statue because of the wind and cold, and the driver didn't know what to answer, only that he's a driver and no more. That it was not their job to be a guide, and to top it off they started fighting between drivers, arriving at the port and delayed to leave to return to the starting point. It is not covered on top of transparent plastic, like other buses, to protect from the cold, it was uncomfortable and disgusting from dirt and bad smell that bus. Bad experience

  Avoid this company when we got to the destination there liberty cruise was not running so we didn’t use this, Viator refused a refund. This happened on 2 excursions we bought from here, loads of better sites about

  This tour was not as advertised. No live guide—only audio, broken bus AC, and poor communication. Boat departure details were incorrect, causing us to miss the scheduled time. Disorganized and disappointing experience.

  Good experience. Bruce the tour guide made it interesting. Went with family. Will definitely go with them again. Had a good view of statue of liberty

  The bus never showed up, a worker for another bus tour company let us know that this company sometimes just never shows up, they hadn’t been there in 3 days. A couple near us was just as confused. We ended up buying tickets for another tour and will have to try and refund this one thru my credit card

  We booked the Express Sightseeing Bus Tour with Statue of Liberty Cruise Combo, expecting both the bus tour and the Statue of Liberty cruise as advertised. Only after our tickets were scanned and we had boarded the bus did the tour guide inform us that there would be no boat tour. No explanation was given, and we were given no option to cancel or make alternative plans. The Statue of Liberty cruise was a major reason for our booking, so this was extremely disappointing. This experience felt misleading and poorly handled, and it significantly reduced the value of what we paid for. Better communication and transparency are essential. I would not recommend this tour based on our experience.
