  We were not able to go: They never showed up on site for pick-up. I called two times their 800 number and they never responded. I took the other provider " big Bus" and they charged me much higher rate, but I have guests from Croatia and tight schedule. It was first time for me that Tripadvisor reservation failed. I will try to ask for a full refund and damages caused by that.

  Due to the lack of organization of your company, I was forced to cancel my trip with you for today, as it can be called a scam and theft: selling a product that does not exist and that you are not working on at the moment. You were responsible for ruining my trip. And on the other hand, you need to improve the customer service you have because it really sucks, it's terrible. I had the worst experience of my life with my family, on the street making calls that never gave me any solution! I need my money back

  This is a scam the bus never showed up so we took an uber to the dock where the ship was supposed to depart and there was no boat only a sign that said statute of liberty sightseeing tour but we were there for more than an hour and nobody showed up customer service number never replied went next day to the same bus location bus never showed up we never found an office or representative. Worst experience ever…

  This company is a scam. They apparently only operate in the summer, yet they advertised for February. When I tried to contact them, there was no response. So far no contact and no refund. Do not get sucked in to this scam.
