5.00This was a wonderful excursion but be prepared to walk a lot. It was actually more than I anticipated. We did however get to see some beautiful sights.

5.00It was a beautiful day. Very long but beautiful. There was a lot of walking, some hills. Usually a good rest time in between. The guides Alexandra, Valesca(Spanish interpreter) and driver Michele were all great. As a solo traveler I was especially impressed with Alexandra who made sure I was good throughout the day (as she said that I had no companions to notice if I was missing). Michele took care to get us to out destinations even though there were protests blocking some of the ways.

5.00Superb. Julia and Patricia are sensational, very warm in their treatment and patient, but firm to guide a group of more than 60 people, we congratulate them both very much and thank them for all the support and learning they left us.

4.00All of us in a group felt the same way toward this one tour leader. The staff wearing green & white were all accommodating with the exception of this one short long curly hair lady who was inconsiderate, impatient, rude and verbally abusive. She shouldn’t be representing Viator group. She was a big embarrassment to Viator .

5.00The tour was amazing! The tour guides Marco, Raffi and Michelle were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure everyone was enjoying themselves. They even went over and able their job to help us after my husband dislocated his shoulder in Pisa. They were compassionate patient and helpful. Thank you so much for caring and helping us get to the hospital!
