We’ll pick you up from your accommodation at 8:00 am to begin the adventure. After a short drive, we’ll arrive at our fishing destination—often the legendary Upper Limay River, though we also have access to a wide range of pristine lakes and rivers throughout the region. The morning begins on the boat, where you’ll enjoy hours of fishing, with personalized instruction available for those who want to refine their technique. Along the way, you’ll soak in the breathtaking Patagonian scenery, with snacks and drinks provided throughout the day. At midday, we’ll stop on the shore for a gourmet riverside lunch: a charcuterie board, grilled steak, fresh salad, Malbec wine, dessert, and coffee. A true Argentine experience, complemented by great conversation. In the afternoon, we’ll continue fishing, enjoying both the navigation and the thrill of fly fishing or spinning. You’ll have the chance to catch brown, rainbow, and brook trout—all wild populations that will quicken the pulse of even the most seasoned angler. As the day winds down, we’ll leave the water and drive you back to your accommodation, ending the trip with unforgettable memories.

It was a fun fishing trip with beautiful scenery and lots of fish! The guide was very professional and knowledgeable as well as friendly, and spoke Spanish and English. He was patient and a good teacher.

An amazing experience, nico an excellent guide. We fished both lakes and rivers and spent some amazing days, not only did we fish very well but we also ate very well and enjoyed amazing places. Super recommended to go fishing with him.

Had an amazing time fishing with Nico! He’s an incredible guide with sep knowledge of all of the waters near Bariloche. We fished Lake Roca to start and got acquainted with the streamer fishing in Patagonia. I caught the biggest Brook Trout I’ve ever seen. The next day we hit the Limay River which was very technical fishing. It was a hard days work but so worth it. Ended up catching some massive migratory brown trout on a streamer. To highlight his expertise, we noticed some fish were rising (highly unusual for this season) and switched to dry flies, quickly catching the very same fish we saw rising on a dry fly. Highly recommend fishing with Nico. The steaks at lunch were delicious as well.

I had a wonderful 3 day float on the Limay with Nico. He’s a very good guide and very easy going. Next time I’m fishing that area I know who I’m going fishing with!!

This was the third year in a row that the Guides team guided us. As always, impeccable everything: excellent human and technical quality of the guides (Nico is a kingpin!), impeccable logistics, optimal condition of the equipment (van, boat, trailer, etc) and lunch is a luxury. This time I was accompanied by my wife, who, despite not fishing, enjoyed a beautiful day. While we can, we will repeat the experience every year.

Fantastic fishing experience. The guides were very attentive, with excellent predisposition and always working to make the day go as well as possible. They gave us very useful tips specific to fishing on the spot and worried about knowing different environments. Above we had a spectacular lunch at a table dreamed of in the middle of nature, unthinkable before going. It is certainly a recommended plan and I would love to come back next season. Of the best experiences lived.
