5.0Aom, our guide, took the time to explain the cultural insight, like taking us to a Buddhist temple, giving us gold leaf to allow us to participate in the rituals. She didn’t just translate for us. She was our guardian and teacher, enthusiastically introducing us to Thailand. It was amazing to be on the railway train and watching everyone outside in the market. Later, it was our turn to shop and wave to the train riders. Aom made it all special. She was incredible.
