Very bad experience. No Hakuu guide showed at the meeting point.

1.00I got a confirmation ticket. But at the meeting point, my name wasn't on any list of the guides who were there. I waited in total for 35 minutes. I called twice the number of the activity provider. Nobody answered. I wrote right away to Viator about this bad and unfortunate organization. The price of Usd 77.73 was yet debited by Viator two days after.
