Chureito Pagoda
The Chureito Pagoda (忠霊塔, Chūreitō) is a five storied pagoda on the mountainside overlooking Fujiyoshida City and Mount Fuji off in the distance. The pagoda is part of the Arakura Sengen Shrine and was built as a peace memorial in 1963 nearly 400 steps up the mountain from the shrine's main buildings.

This is best spot for climbers to go top of Mt fuji. Mt Fuji The climbing season start from early 14 July to September 10. During hiking Season we cannot go to 5th station. You have to take shuttle bus cost 2100¥ person.

5.00Our guide picked us up on time and was very professional and courteous. Shahid took us to the area of Mount Fuji and attemped to conduct the tour. Through no fault of anyone rain caused us to terminate the tour and ask that he return us to the hotel after completing one stop. He offered many alternatives but because of the torrential downpour we decided to terminate the tour. We are completely satisfied and applaud his efforts to provide us a tour in prohibitive weather conditions. We will take the tour again in the future and hopefully Shahid can be our guide.

5.00Great day exploring the Mt Fuji area. Our driver/guide Ali was great at explaining the places we visited but also arranging our day to avoid crowds … and also the unexpected rain! Lunch spot he took us to was delicious! Would definitely recommend!!!
