  This is the easiest way to get from Paraty to GRU airport; our van was very comfortable and spacious (with charging ports and A/C!) and our driver shuttled us quickly and safely to our destination. Couldn’t recommend enough!

  Clean and new shuttle bus. The bus was on time and made two stops for drinks and a quick bite if you wanted. BUT i had ask es and got approval from the providencia to drop me off at an AirPort hotel. The driver refused even though he had to drive right by the hotel. He did not care that his company agreed. He said there was to much traffic but there was literally no traffic. Just lazy i guess

  The driver was a nice guy. He picked us up from the hotel. It is a long ride, much of it either winding mountain roads or the usual traffic congestion in the Sao Paulo area. I think the shuttle vehicle that is used depends on the number of people who sign up for the ride. Our vehicle was a small bus with about 15 seats for the 5 of us. Nit picking - the seats are cramped. There wasn't much legroom especially if the person in front of you reclines their seat. But this is a minor inconvenience - worth the privilege of having a professional driver.

  We arranged a private transfer for our group of nine (two families, including five children) from Paraty to São Paulo, and the entire experience was fantastic. Flavia was incredibly responsive and helpful via WhatsApp, assisting us in organizing everything—including a special stop at a winery for lunch and a wine tasting along the way. She patiently answered all of my questions and made the booking process effortless. Payment was smooth and secure through a direct link, and our driver was both professional and friendly. The executive van was comfortable and came equipped with two car seats, just as we had requested. We even made a last-minute request for a small cooler less than two hours before departure, and they kindly made it happen. Highly recommended—exceptional service from start to finish.

  This service was first class and very good value for money. Communication was clear and our driver Ines, arrived on time. He explained everything clearly including when we would be stopping for a short break and was conscious of the fact that we had a plane to catch. His driving was faultless. Despite the language barrier he pointed out landmarks and explained various points of interest. If you want to take the stress out of travelling I cannot recommend enough.

  Don’t hesitate to book with Paraty Tours. We booked four transfers and one excursion with them during 5 weeks in Brazil. Every trip was professional, comfortable and on time. I can’t say enough good things about their operations and drivers. Great communication and service (even for those of us who speak limited Portuguese).

  Excellent Service... arrived to pick us up at Garulhos airport a little earlier than the stipulated time, so we left earlier as well.. driver Fernando, excellent, always attentive to the route.. really excellent driver considering that a section of the route to Parati is very winding..

  Do not trust this agency! We exchanged in numerous conversations to confirm a transfer from Paraty to Sao Paulo with multiple payment attempts. The operator advised us to come directly to the agency. So we drove from Ilha Grande to catch a flight the next day to Sao Paulo. We arrived the day before at the agency to learn that there was no availability! We had confirmed with the hostess 2 hours before, before boarding the bus towards Paraty. So we headed to the bus station, but the obviously more availability neither. Make sure you have a voucher, proof of confirmation because WhatsApp discussion is not enough. So it will be a taxi for us $$$$
