Minimum age to participate is 4 years old. Minimum height required is 1 metre (3.28 ft).

Maximum weight allowed on the ziplines 120 kg/ 265 lb.

Maximum waist size allowed on the ziplines 1.24 m / 49 in.

Children 4-15 years old can ride on the back seat accompanied by an adult.

Based on international safety standards and to ensure the physical safety of visitors, the use of cameras and cell phones are not permitted during our adventure activities.

The entire experience was amazing! The staff was very knowledgeable and reassuring. We were able to do most of the things we wanted to do within the single trip. They also picked us up from our hotel in Playa Del Carmen, which was a plus! Highly recommend this tour. It ended with lunch and a show!

This experience is NOT worth it at all. Save your money for something else. I don’t know how they have such good reviews because it was not at all what they advertised. You will ride the ATV for 5 minutes on a terrain that is not meant to be for ATVs and they will give you a singles ATV even if you asked for a double one.
Quads are old and the route is full of potholes. The tour is not worth it!

One is not allowed to use a phone for filming during the zipline and quad activities. Cenote is fine. Photos are offered at a very high price at the end. Riding quads is not fun at all. One pothole after another. The route is short and is driven multiple times in 30 minutes. We drove from Playa de Carmen for almost an hour. Then we had to wait there for another hour. Then it finally started. There were only 4 zipline rides. Everywhere, there is an insistent demand for tips! Overall, this tour was not worth it at all.

At the beginning it was terrible as some guy sold us a VIP package for $110 telling us it's all inclusive but leaving out that you can only get food and drinks after all the excursions which doesn't make sense at all since it's a 4 hour excursion. I demanded my money back and after some back and forth and me getting extremely upset they gave me the money back. That VIP crap is not worth it at all. Other than that, the guide Angel was amazing and deserved the $20 top I left him. Very knowledgeable and very caring as he understood it was out first time doing Zipline. Marlon the photographer was great as well.
Organised & enjoyed it but were not expecting to have to pay for equipment that wasn’t needed costing an extra 95us pp

Fun trip. Guides were friendly and responsive to questions and issues. My only issue was with the ride to the location. Our friends and us were the 1st to be picked up and the last to be dropped off, so we ended up spending more time in the van than we would have expected.
