On the way to Snæfellsnes Peninsula, we will pass a wonderful little town called Borgarnes. The journey to this place is absolutely phenomenal – we will drive through a fjord and many scenic mountains. Borgarnes was one of the first places Norwegian Vikings settled when they arrived in Iceland.

The best part of the trip was the guide! Absolutely amazing Jacub (hope to have written it right) who was well prepared and able to explain us the story of every place we visited. Time for resting, have lunch, use restroom and see the “attractions” was enough and well arranged in my opinion. Thanks again for today!!

Joined 1 day Snæfellsnes tour. Very strong gust, rain, snow for the first few hours. I'm surprised the tours isn't cancelled for obvious safety reasons. 2.5hrs to go and 2.5hrs back. In between was basically point to point Drop-off and pickups. Not much guiding. Driver spoke only the bare essentials. Vehicle condition is poor. Door hinges felt very damaged. Hard to open and close door, manually mind you. Driver did tried his best to drive safely in whiteout conditions at some places, with icy roads. But overall it felt a lot of money wasted. Tour finished 10hrs instead of 12hrs. Couldn't help feeling shortchanged.

Had a bit of hesitation initially when booking the tour, but it turned out far exceeding my expectations. We departed from Reykjavík shortly after 8am, and our driver / tour guide was highly motivated throughout the journey, engaging us with fun facts and history about Iceland (even if many of us were too shy to interact with her initially). She made a few extra stops just for us to take photos and get closer to nature. The view, without any doubt, was absolutely stunning like no others. Highly recommend this tour.

Our guide Thales did a wonderful job keeping our tour fun and interesting. He knew the great places to go and the info to go with them. He was happy, friendly and interested in his passengers. Between stops, DJ Thales had all the tunes to pass the in between time. He had music of interest to a variety of people from different parts of the world. This was the best tour of our visit.

We did a full day tour with Max on the peninsula out of Reykjavik. Our guide was wonderful. He was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and thoughtful. The bus was spotless and the sights were amazing. We saw a ton and hit many iconic places on our route. Would definitely recommend this tour, this guide, and this company.

Katerina was awesome. However, this tour was too much time in a minibus, people getting back to the bus well after the requested times, no seals, crowded and uncomfortable minibus, and I could have one something much more fun.

We signed up for a small tour of the Snæfellsnes Peninsula, but ended up taking a large bus. The tour guide lacked even the most basic professional courtesy, driving with a blank expression and a stern face the entire way. He exceeded the speed limit several times, which was extremely unsafe and the car was jolting around in a frightening manner. He eats while driving. He did not give a detailed introduction or explanation of the scenic spots. Duration should be 12 hours, but only takes 10 hours which is cut 2 hours and arrives back early 6pm, and misses some attractions. Very disappointed with his rudeness and very unprofessional behaviour. My travel mood was completely ruined! The price is higher than other companies but the service is much worse. Regret for this tour on September 16, 25! It is not worth it. :(
