Nature Reserve of Scandola
The Scandola Nature Reserve, on the west coast of Corsica, is an exceptional UNESCO World Heritage site, extending over approximately 900 hectares and including both a maritime and terrestrial area. The geology of this reserve is remarkable with spectacular rock formations resulting from a mixture of igneous, sedimentary and metamorphic rocks. The cliffs, caves and rock formations plunge into crystal clear waters, home to rich biodiversity while the diverse flora includes endemic species adapted to the extreme conditions of the rocky coastline.
Girolata
Girolata is a small picturesque village located between Porto and the Scandola nature reserve, the particularity of which is that it is only accessible by boat or by a hiking trail. Famous for its authentic charm and preserved character, you can observe the recently renovated Genoese fort. A free stopover of 30 minutes will allow you to stroll around the village, refresh yourself in one of the establishments

3.00Nice sea ride, which made us see the coast and the pretty village of Girolata but it lacked a little explanation..maybe the end of the season but the guide was not too motivated.The price is a bit high.

5.00Great ride with Captain Emily, boat on top. We were able to discover the coves of piana and capo rosso of all beauty. We made a stop for swimming in a cove with a very nice little aperitif and on the return we could admire the sunset 👍. Everything was really nice, thank you to Emily for this beautiful ride

5.00Very nice walk. With a crew at the top who make an effort to make as many people as possible see the beautiful things. Great comments (like the pebble of the eternal kiss....). And the icing on the cake bathes in the creeks too great. Thank you all.

5.00We loved our sea trip with our Captain Emilie. The boats have 12 seats, which allows to quickly create a friendly Mood. Emilie pilots extremely well in the creeks to visit them up close. Before watching the sunset, an aperitif was served to us without forgetting a snorkeling swim where you felt like swimming in an aquarium. Back with fanfare in a Musical Mood. Thank you Emilie for this unforgettable memory between friends.
