We suggest bringing some snacks with you to sustain the day. While we'll make a stop for a washroom/grocery break, it's worth noting that the Canoe and Hike experience lasts 3 hours from approx 11 - 2. A picnic on the hike is a good idea (not included) so planning for that is a suggestion. The visitor centre does have a cafeteria and a microwave if you'd like to heat food up. They have a donation system for the items available but please note, it is somewhat limited.
We will have another local guide join us in Oxtongue Provincial Park to help animate your adventure and steer your large canoe

5.00Joe was a great tour guide, very easygoing, he told us a lot of information about the park and about the stops at the tour. We even got lucky to see a moose. The canoe trip was very fun and the ragged falls a nice spot to see them and take a break. The hike was very easy and the lookout point was marvellous, we were the only ones there so it was very peaceful to enjoy.

5.00Great day tour to escape from the city. Well thought out and we were always on time for the scheduled activities. Safe driving and good conversation. It is clear that a lot of effort is put into every single trip. We got lucky and saw a moose while on the moose!!

5.00This tour was a lot of fun. Joe, our guide, made sure everyone got along, and was a key part of keeping up our spirits. Everywhere we visited was beautiful, and well worth the canoeing and hiking efforts put in. It was a long day, but very fun throughout, and definitely worth it from nearby Toronto.
