This round-trip tour of Peru's most famous islands lets you enjoy magnificent rocks formations sculpted by nature and is home of Humboldt penguins, south Americans sea lions and a multitude of marine birds.
All yacht tours include a trained, certified, registered yatchsman and crewman/guide onboard. Our yacht services are insured and registered with all appropriate agencies as mandated by law.
The Paracas Reserve is a land tour that we manage in a personalized way for the better delight and personal satisfaction of visitors such as bird watching in coastal wetlands, rock formations and panoramic views of the coastline. As we will also pass multicolored beaches.

5.00Pick up was at the port and communication was good. We had a wonderful day exploring both the Paracus island and the desert area. During the boat ride we had plenty of time and the captain was very patient and rotated the boat so everyone can see and take photos of the many animals to be seen. The time spent in the desert was also very interesting and informative. The only thing I would suggest is for more free time after the boat ride to do some souvenir shopping as the line up at the bathrooms was very long and only had 5 mins. Other than that would recommend doing.

5.00We booked the Ballestas Islands and Paracas National Reserve Tour combination because we only had one full day in Paracas and it was a good decision. The tour was well organised and the transition between both parts was very smooth. We were very lucky to have Lucio as a guide. He was super knowledgeable in virtually everything related to the area (and beyond). Be it wildlife, archaeology, geology, … . It was a very educational and memorable experience. Thank you, Lucio!

5.00Well organized and easy transfer from cruise ship. Lucio was a fantastic guide. So well informed and enthusiastic. We had a wonderful day seeing loads of wildlife and learning of the local culture! Highly recommend!
Went out in a group excursion to the Ballestas and did not have the opportunity to see the penguins due to them changing

5.00We learned so much for our guide Lucio at the National Reserve museum in Paracas. He took special attention to ensure we saw everything and explained in detail the history of the Paracas people and its geography. One of the best guides I have ever been fortunate enough to meet.

5.00Our day tour Ballestas Island & Nature Reserve from Paracas was amazing. South American Secrets’ team and Lucio are very friendly and professional in providing tons of information and on time clean nice boat and suv which exceeded all our expectations. We were in contact from the time we booked and everything was so well organized! Our tour guide Lucio speaks perfect English. We were greeted with a big smile as we got off the cruise ship shuttle bus. Lucio takes much pride in his work and is super knowledgeable of the area and it’s history. We enjoyed so much of his real life behind the scenes stories. The experience was flawless from start to finish. We highly recommend this company. Thank you so much Lucio for making our day so memorable!

5.00We had a fantastic tour with Lucio! We were in contact from the time we booked and everything was so well organized! Perfect amount of information and time for ourselves. There were only 9 of us on the tour so we had lots of room to take pictures from all areas of the boat, got up close to the penguins and sea lions, the driver of the boat had exceptional skills navigating around the rocky shores. We saw other tours with boats packed full of people so we felt that we were very fortunate to have such a personalized tour. Highly recommend South American Secrets!
