No show, no communication, tour cancelled after the start time

1.00Waited an hour for the tour operator to show, only to contact Viator and find they had cancelled due to a ‘major global event’ which is nonsense. So I wasted an hour of my day and no longer have time to make alternate arrangements to reach the destination. And I had to contact to find out - nobody gave any notice of cancellation. Buyer beware

2.00We got some audioguided, but nothing was said on them, no history of what we saw. Also the guided keep walking so far ahead of the group was hard to follow, and i walk fast. The best part was the boat tour was good and the guy who was driving was better then the tour guide, giving us a lot of detail and was entertaining. I got to know you can do all of this by yourself and would be the same so don't recommend this tour for this value not worth. But boat tour was excellent so if you can get down yourself there (25 min journey train from Verona) take the boat tour whic is 10-15€
