He was so knowledgeable about the sites he took us to see he also showed us some of the local cuisine which was amazing to sample and try and would 100% go with him again this was a 10/10 experience for me and my partner

5.00Tea was a great guide in Penang. Malaysia showed us some great highlights as well as local attractions that are off, the beaten path was really a great six hours. Would recommend it to anybody in Penang.

5.00Jackie has been superbly professional and knowledgeable. Before the start of the tour, he went through the itinerary and sought our opinions and preferences. He was willing to go the extra miles - to the extend of stretching beyond the 8hours package to make us feel satisfied. Will definitely go for him if I wanted a tour around Penang again - which is next year for me.

5.00This all-day tour with Shawn was worth every penny; he customized the tour for our physical needs and energy levels (although he walks surprisingly fast!) and we got to see almost everything on our list. One caveat: there was actually way too much listed as being on the "standard" tour; we cut out two of the more lengthy experiences listed and had to skip the funicular up Penang Hill because it had broken down, and we still got back to the ship with just minutes to spare. He took us to a little hole in the wall restaurant for lunch (Bikki's) that actually had a Michelin star, and the food was great and quite inexpensive - we felt like he was taking us to a local's secret spot. Shawn was knowledgeable, spoke quite good English, and was very personable. The price was much less expensive than similar tours offered by the cruise line, highly recommend.

5.00We were met at the port by Ernest Loh our guide/driver who did a fabulous tour of Penang. His English is excellent and he was able to take us to many of the popular sites and we mostly avoided crowds! We stopped at the. Kek Lok Si temple which gives a wonderful view of the city, Penang Hill for a funicular trip express line to the top, tasted Indian coffee, Batik factory ( fascinating!), spice Gardens ( visited the store, but did not tour the gardens), Khoo Kongis ( a must see) and Chew Jetty ( a market dock that takes you to a viewing spot of how fisherman lived in days gone by. He returned us safely to the ship in plenty of time. He did offer to take us to lunch, but we opted out. Highly recommend this driver guide and also any opportunity to use express lanes. Take it!

5.00We had a wonderful experience with Pansy. She was so knowledgeable and professional. She provided a great insight into the history and life of the people of Malaysia. She also took a lot of pictures of us and sent a reel to us at the end. I would definitely recommend Pansy as a great tour guide when visiting her country
