5.00Joey was our tour guide. Really patient, flexible with what we wanted to do, went out of his way to take good pictures for us, and best of all, really knew how to navigate the crowds (it was a school holiday) so we didn't have to wait too long in lines!

5.00Timothy was an amazing tour guide and truly deserving of a five-star review. From the start, he was able to condense and optimize our itinerary, making the day far more efficient without ever feeling rushed. He is very personable, knowledgeable, and engaging, and his local insight made the experience even more meaningful. We enjoyed fantastic food and visited many incredible sites, including a Thai Buddhist temple, Burmese Buddhist temple, Floating Mosque, batik craft factory, Penang History Museum, Khoo Clan House, Lebuh Armenian Street (street art, shops, and amazing street food), Chew Jetty, and Kek Lok Si Temple. One especially memorable stop was the durian farm, where we sampled durian (the “king”), mangosteen (the “queen”), and rambutan (the “prince”). Mangosteen was our favorite, rambutan was very good, and while durian wasn’t quite for us, it was still fun and educational to try! Our only constructive feedback would be for Timothy to slow down his pace of talking slightly and spend a bit more time explaining each site, as there is so much interesting information to absorb. That said, this did not detract from an otherwise excellent experience. Overall, Timothy provided a wonderful, well-organized, and memorable tour where he also took many amazing photos of our adventur and we would absolutely recommend him to anyone visiting Penang — especially first-time visitors.

5.00My friend and I visited Malaysia for the first time in Jan 2026 and decided to get a guided tour around Georgetown for the Penang Island leg of our trip and I'm so glad we did! Our guide Mr Lau was lovely and knowledgeable, full of interesting facts and anecdotes. He took us to so many places where we were provided enough time to experience and learn about the people, history and architecture. Mr Lau wanted to make sure we got the most out of the day and we definitely did! Since there were two of us it was easy to move quickly and see more. One thing to keep in mind is to keep some cash on you and be mindful that there are entry fees for some of the stops like the history museum which was worth the fee. All in all, we had a very comprehensive packed Georgetown day with a fantastic guide, lots of photos and memories to take home.

5.00What a wonderful day we had with Ashline! She picked us up at the Cruise Port and even though this was a private tour, it was a Flexi tour. We did research some of the possible venues but once we met Ashline we decided to put our trust in her and take us "wherever ". Good decision. We covered Etopia, a truly wonderful butterfly farm, plus other interesting creatures from the insect world all found within an amazing garden. Not to be missed. We also went to Penang Hill where the funicular takes you up about 2600 feet and is one of the steepest. Two incredible Buddah temples later, and some street food made for an unforgettable day. Thank you Ashline for creating lovely memories for us!

5.00Great day in Penang with Joey Tan, we spent time at several temples inc Kek Lok Si Remple, Entopia and Batik factory. We also enjoyed walking around the town finding the street art. Everything was well organised and a great experience. Thank you.

5.00Teh was super sweet and knowledgeable. You could tell how much he cares about his hometown. He was a great driver as well. He customized the experience to exactly what we wanted to see. He also threw in some jokes along the way!

He was so knowledgeable about the sites he took us to see he also showed us some of the local cuisine which was amazing to sample and try and would 100% go with him again this was a 10/10 experience for me and my partner
