Our hiking excursions are an excellent opportunity for mountain lovers to get to know the island from a completely different perspective. During our trips, we will show you a different Gran Canaria, far from the crowds and tourist areas.

Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
Sports or trekking shoes (with a good grip) are mandatory and will be checked by the guide before starting the excursion. During our routes, we recommend mountain clothing or sports clothing.
In the period from April to September, rainfall is low, the temperature even in the highest part of the mountains is around 22 degrees, reaching up to 26 degrees in June, July and August. The T-shirt usually fits us well, but it is always good to wear long-sleeved clothing.
The months of October to March are a variable period of time and more frequent rains (we always try to avoid carrying out our excursions during rainy days, but sometimes the weather can surprise us). It is recommended (during the mandatory cold days) warm clothing with long sleeves (pants, polartec) and a waterproof jacket that can work perfectly as a windbreaker.
In case of force majeure that prevents the excursion from continuing or endangers the health or life of the excursion participants (weather conditions, etc.), the organizer reserves the right to modify the route or change it to another / another date, or cancel it.
Recommended minimum age for children: 8 years.
Considering that our lunch at the restaurant will be around 3:30 p.m. and your own way of eating, you can bring a light meal on your own, for example (fruits, energy bars, almonds, cookies, etc.). sandwich etc)

We will walk along a path in the central part of the island near the highest peak of Gran Canaria – Pico de las Nieves (1949m above sea level). One of the attractions is the view of the neighbouring Roque Nublo, the east and south coast of the island and with good visibility of the Pico de Teide (3718m above sea level) in Tenerife. Distance: 10 km approx 4.5h (Monday), 7 km approx 3.5h (Sunday and Wednesday) Attention! In the period from May 15 to September 30, the route "Summits of Gran Canaria" will be made according to the following characteristics: Distance : approx. 7km, Slope : 250 - 300m, Time : approx. 3.5h

5.00It was a great tour with Maciej as a highly recommended and attentive guide. He led the tour well from the pacing point of view and repeatedly sprinkled in little information about the places, plants, wildlife and more. This enhanced the experience with the great views of the different parts of the island. We recommend the tour for anyone who likes to do a few meters in altitude to reward themselves with a wonderful view of the island and the highest peaks.

5.00That was my 2. Tour with Maciej. Like the waterfall hike, this one was very well organized: Pick-up perfect, ride despite kilometers of serpentines very pleasant (Maciej is a very safe driver). We were about 3.5 hours on the road, about 7 km, ascent and descent are each about 300 meters in altitude. The path is not difficult except for the last climb to the summit, but you already have to be sure of your steps for the last part. Hiking boots are recommended! We were very lucky with the weather: we could see Mount Teide in Tenerife and had great cloud formations. The group was nice, we were a total of 8 people plus guide. The food at the end was simple but quite good. I can absolutely recommend this tour and would do it again!

5.00Maciej is e very good guide,very protective and knowledgeable.Talked about the area we were hiking trough like peaks,trees,flowers,birds animals... For me it was the best tour I had on Gran Canaria.

5.00Very nice hike. Guide Maciej is enthusiastic and tells a lot about the flora and fauna. Also take into account the pace of the hike, plenty of stops in between. Definitely recommended to do.

5.00Mr Maciek was very knowledgeable about the area. He showed us many things we would miss and showed photos of how some places looked before, even 20 years ago! He spoke many languages especially when it came to names of birds and plants but also other important things that may be difficult to understand in English if it's not your first language (Polish, German, Spanish and of course English). The route we took was a brand new one opened just 2 weeks ago that is so new that it's not yet on maps, so having a trip with Maciek was an opportunity to have an experience like no other! Very much recommended, great atmosphere and the lunch was also so rich and delicious, everything was included in the price already: starter, main course, dessert, water and one extra drink of our choice, so it was a great reward after a 7km hike.

5.00Really nice tour, exactly as advertised. Maciej collected our group of 3 from our Maspalomas hotel with another 5 travellers and drove us to the start of our hike near Pica Las Nieves. The hike was about 8km with about 200 m of climb in 2:15 with frequent stops to point our views, flora and fauna in well marked trails mostly through pine forests so very pleasant. We were fortunate to get a clear day with stunning views across to Mt Tiede on Tenerife 180 km away. The drive back was through amazing valleys via a pleasant lunch stop which we felt we’d earned. Would recommend and would return.

5.00Really great hike, amazing views and a great guide. The walk was 7.5 km and just over 3.15. Followed by a drive back through more stunning scenery via a nice lunch stop. Would recommend.
