Bottled water, luggage assistance, and all fuel, tolls, and parking are included. The service includes VAT and 20 free kilometers per hour. A minimum of 3 hours booking is required. Additional kilometers are priced at €3 per kilometer.

1. Booking via Viator Your private chauffeur service is booked securely through Viator. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all important details, including date, pick-up time, and location. 2. Confirmation from the chauffeur Shortly after booking, our team will reach out to you (via email, text message or WhatsApp) to reconfirm the details and collect any preferences you may have—such as specific destinations, extra stops, or luggage requirements. 3. One-Hour Pre-Ride Reminder Approximately one hour before your scheduled pick-up time, your chauffeur will send you a message (via WhatsApp, SMS, or email) to confirm their arrival time and share vehicle and contact details. This ensures a smooth and stress-free start to your ride. 4. On-Time Pick-Up On the day of service, your chauffeur will arrive on time at the agreed location. If requested, they can greet you with a name sign. The vehicle will be clean, comfortable, and well-prepared for your journey. 5. Full-Day Flexible Chauffeur Service Enjoy a stress-free day with your private chauffeur at your disposal. The itinerary is fully customizable—whether you want to explore Amsterdam, go shopping, attend business meetings, visit nearby cities, or enjoy scenic countryside routes. You decide where to go and how long to stay. 6. Professional & Friendly Service Your chauffeur is experienced, courteous, and ready to assist with anything during the ride, such as luggage handling, local tips, or adjusting plans along the way. 7. Drop-Off at Your Final Location At the end of your day, you will be safely dropped off at your chosen location—whether it's your hotel, the airport, or another stop in or outside the city.

5.005+ stars. Ramzy was an excellent chauffeur and tour guide. I was on a girls trip, 6 of us on total, and we really enjoyed ourselves. The van was really nice and clean and were supplied with waters and charging cords. The seats were facing each other so we were able to easily talk and laugh the whole ride. I had planned out an itinerary for review to see if it was doable ahead of time, and Ramzy made some suggestions that would make the day more seamless and authentic. Overall a 10/10!!! Thank you.
