With the help of a native and experienced chef, you will learn all the secrets about Italian food. You'll learn, with a hands-on experience, how to make 3 dishes from start to finish, and you'll be able to enjoy what you created!
During the class, we'll talk about the most common mistakes that one can make when preparing a typical Italian dish and you'll be able to ask any question about Italian food and traditions.
You'll get recommendations about the best restaurants and markets in the area and the best products to buy to take home.
All of this in a fun, yet professional environment, with a chef that will help you during the whole experience!

During your cooking experience you'll learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch, tiramisù and gnocchi. An experienced chef will teach you the best techniques and will guide you during the whole process. All the dishes that we prepare will have a vegetarian, vegan and gluten free option. We'll start from the tiramisù, completely from scratch, making the tiramisù cream and assembling your own one, which will need to set in the fridge for a couple of hours. You'll learn, step by step, how to make pasta from scratch, how to prepare the perfect sauce and how to cook your pasta properly. You'll also make Gnocchi from scratch, we'll prepare the truffle sauce and we'll bake your own dish to make the cheesy gnocchi just a little crunchy on top! All of this, accompanied by a fabulous wine tasting, with both white and red top class Italian wines

5.00This is a real cooking class. You will leave with actual skills, not just a fun experience. Now I know what causes gnocchi to be too dense and I understand how to make it fluffy. Chef Raffaele was a great teacher. We got there and everything was organized and ready for us. They do some of the prep work like ricing the potatoes and chopping the shallots and tomatoes for the sauce. They focus more on technique and understanding the process. I never understood how much flour is really needed for good pasta and that semolina flour is the key. Went with my BFF and we had so much fun, but we also really enjoyed all the other folks in our class as well. It was a really enjoyable night and we could not believe that all our food (even the misshapen ones) came out delicious. Absolutely would recommend this class.

5.00I attended a cooking class in Milan with Chef Francesco and it was an amazing experience. We cooked tiramisu, gnocchi, and ravioli, and everything was explained very clearly. Chef Francesco made the class fun and easy to follow, even if you are not an experienced cook. The recipes were simple enough that you can easily recreate them at home. It was a great journey full of fun, learning, and delicious food with glass of tasty wine. I definitely recommend trying this experience when you visit Milan!

5.00Fantastic evening in Milan! Chef Francesco and his wonderful assistants walked us through every step of making fresh pasta, gnocchi, and tiramisu. It was all delicious! While learning to make these dishes would have been fun enough, we also made friends with those around us in the class and it turned into a party! So much fun! If you are on the fence, just book it! You will not regret spending an evening with Chef Francesco! Thanks for the fun, great meal, and memories Chef!
