Tsagaan Suvarga is the name of a white limestone rock and its height is about 30m tall and shaped strangely because of wind and water erosion. According to research, in 2000, there was a symbol carved on a rock found which possibly from back 5,000 years of the Bronze Age.

In the morning, visiting the famous Yol Valley, hiking around watching the bird Vulture. Many guests are saying, Yol valley looks similar to Mountain Alps. After walking some hours in the Valley, finding a good place near a stream, relaxing our tired feet and having delicious picnic. Driving to the Khongor sanddune through the mountain Gurvan Saikhan and arriving at the Camp. In the evening visiting the Sanddune climbing on it is such a fun. You will see why is the Gobi that famous. Just the view, endless of the landscape. Climbing playing on sand dune.

5.00Undral was a wonderful and attentive guide, connecting us with nomadic families and offering us an opportunity to live briefly with them. The experience was truly authentic, and as our group was small, there was great flexibility in terms of timing and going off the beaten path. The Gobi region is beautiful, and people are very friendly and open. We had memories that will remain with us. Highly recommend going on a small group adventure with Woodpecker Tours!

5.00There are many places where you can find a bet to sleep in. But here you will find a temporary home, a shared flat a safe place. You enter into a complete wooden room and you will be welcomed by such special souls. All the noises and the worrys stay outside. Everything is possible here, as long as you know what you want. They helped me to make my team of riding through mongolia true. And my dog was welcomed like I have never seen it in a hostel before. I will miss you guys and I will miss this place I call my home here in Mongolia. Thank you!
