5.00It was delightful even with the rain! We went directly from Place Bellecourt to Oingt, which was so cute, with a delightful ambiance. Shame we could only enjoy a 40 minute trip by ourselves. The wines were light and very fruit based, characteristics from the Beaujolais region, as explained by our guides. The final stop in a local winery, was so good, we were very well received and the guides translated from french is an easy way, we could even ask some questions and see the wine making process, which was a treat. All in all, it was a great experience!

5.00Though we didn't have much time to spend in Lyon, I wanted to do a wine tour that would take us out of the city to see some of the countryside. This tour fit the bill perfectly. We toured the Beaujolais area in a small van, saw beautiful scenery and tasted a number of delicious wines. The tour guides were very knowledgeable about the wines and the history of the area. They made the experience very enjoyable.
