  The experience was amazing, and the crew was fantastic. We did miss out on some of the sailing experience, but that was our choice. They were nice enough to pick us up at Starfish Point, which took 35 minutes off our drive from the East End. The water where the experience takes place is calm, making it easy to snorkel. If you're able to swim under the boat, the effect is magnetized due to the darkness.

  We enjoyed it, the tour operators were fantastic - very patient with one member who was a very nervous non swimmer - they got in the water with her and really took care of her throughout. The starfish beach was a great addition while waiting for sun to set. You could get in the water and watch the sunset while looking for starfish (we saw about 7). People need to be mindful to not take the starfish out of the water or disturb them too much w/handholding. It was cool to see the bioluminescent organisms, sort of a once in a lifetime experience which is what prompted us to sign up. Be prepared for mosquitos, they will bite any part of you not under the water - though it was worth it. I appreciated this tour was a more affordable option than others. The boat was comfortable and safe, it had a toilet and cooler, they provided water and you could BYOB, they also provided suits to protect your from jelly fish, and snorkel gear with life vest. The staff were skilled, kind, and fun. The staff will also take photos for you. In general it's a somewhat basic tour but that is exactly what we wanted to save some money.

  The crew was very informative about Sealife. Starfish can't be above water and will die even if out of the water for a few seconds. Was a nice excursion but bring a warm sweatshirt for the ride back.

  This was such an amazing excursion! It was so crazy it didn’t seem real! If you are staying in Grand Cayman this is a must do for sure!

  This was truly a unique experience you can only see or do a few places on the world! Arun and Pepe were TOP NOTCH guides that were very low key but had a great sense of humor. More importantly, they were safety- and comfort-conscious to the point of personally assisting those who were a little more unsure in the water. Highly recommended!

  Our tour guides Aaron & Pepe were great. They provided great information throughout our excursion and gave us extra time to explore at Star fish point. They were safety conscious to make sure the guests were comfortable with the sea life and being in the water.

• Worth the price

  At first I thought the price tag was a little high, though this excursion was definitely worth it. I wanted to do this as a DIY, but for this experience it's not really possible. The bioluminescent bay is surrounded by private property, which makes access only possible by boat. Swimming with each movement producing blue light was a worthwhile experience. Additionally, they provided us swimming gear to prevent us from being stung by jelly fish. Very cool experience, would highly recommend. Much more fun that Stingray City (which I also experienced).

  It was fun and amazing. Bring a towel. We are excited to tell everyone about this fun experience. We also can’t wait to bring our family back. Very memorable.
