• Worst Golf Cart

  I reserved a golf cart for 4 people in advance for March 30, 2026. When arriving the operator did not have my name on his list that was sent to him by his boss. He had our friends name who I had also made her reservation but did not have mine. He would not focus on me to try to find my name on his reservation list. He kept helping other people who came after me that didn't have reservations. So when he finally took the time to focus on me, he called his boss who did not answer the phone again. The operator then decided to allow for me to have a golf cart but if he could not find my name by the time I returned I had to pay him for the golf cart. By the time all of this took place, he gave me his last golf cart. After we took off, we realized that we had the slowest golf cart that had a tire going flat. So in other words, we were left with the WORST golf cart. When we returned the golf cart EARLY, he told me he found my name on his friends list across the street. Never told me he had a friend across the street. I suggest for individuals visiting the area to try other operators before trying this company.

  Very unorganized. We rented 4 golf carts, online, and we all had our confirmation on our phones. When we got off the cruise ship, we had no idea where to go and the workers in charge of the golf carts kept sending us to different lots and nobody had a clue what they were doing. They wanted us to pay another $150.00 dollars. They just kept wanting to rent us a golf cart and we already did that online. Then they gave us a golf cart that had a flat tire and did not run. It was very frustrating but after arguing with them for 40 minutes, we were on our way and had a good time. It was just a very frustrating expericend.

  Not clear as to where we picked up the carts, once we figured it out, one of our travelers didn’t have a cart so they tried to give them a car to rent. We rented 4 seaters and when 4 people tried to get in it they said it would not hold 4 so they tried to get us to rent another one. Very unorganized!

  This was an unorganized mess. They shuffled us around from person to person to get our golf cart and when we were finally on one they wanted to charge us again and acted like we were crazy because we said it was already paid for. Would not book this again.

• Old Cart Ran Well

  It was farther to walk to get to the pickup spot than we thought. The carts were old and beat up. The picture is nothing like what you'll get. The cart ran well but to be honest, there is little to see on this island. If I had it to do over, I would stay at the port and beaches that are right where you get off the ship.

  We took a last minute trip to Grand Turk from Providenciales and were able to get a rental golf cart the night before. It turns out that the weather was so bad that the cruise terminal where we were supposed to pick up the golf cart was closed, but Grand Turk Activities brought the golf cart to us at the airport. They were incredibly accommodating and kind!

  we were there at our appointed time and kept asking around for the two names we were given and neither one were there and no one knew how to direct us. It was a total waste

  We had a great time.. the golf cart wasn’t of the newer variety but it was serviceable. They were waiting for us when we arrived and were very personable and helpful.
