Grizzly Falls Ziplining Expedition in Skagway, Alaska Reserve Your Seats Fast, fun, and exhilarating, this approximately 4-hour adventure is sure to excite nature lovers and thrill seekers alike. Get a running start on solid ground and take flight into the treetops of the Alaskan rainforest. It all begins at your cruise dock where you meet your guide. From there, enjoy an entertaining and historic tour through downtown Skagway then drive along nine miles of stunning coastline. When you arrive at our base in Dyea, you will transfer into our customized Unimog—an all-wheel drive vehicle necessary for getting up our rugged mountain road. During your rugged ride up the mountain, look out at the impressive rainforest and glacially fed waterfalls. Get psyched—you’re about to fly over this wild landscape! At the top of the mountain, you will suit up in gear that meets the highest standards of safety while your highly trained guide tells you what to expect and how to safely navigate the course. You will then be led to the take- off zone, where you’ll clip in and fly away! You’ll soar through our exhilarating course of ziplines, the longest measuring 750ft—that’s longer than 2 football fields combined! But this is more than just any zip course, our lines will bring you directly above glacially-fed waterfalls, so close you can feel the mist as you zoom by! For the more cautious adventurers, rest assured that you can always control your own speed with a brake system. But we double dog dare you to let go and zoom up to 45 miles per hour! Of course, that’s a little too fast to take those perfect pictures of the Alaskan wilderness. That’s why we decided that a hardcore Unimog and breathtaking zip course over waterfalls just isn’t quite enough.So, we added four state-of-the-art suspension bridges. From these bridges, you’ll be able to capture stunning photos of you and your loved ones in the heart of Alaska’s wild beauty. After completing the course, pat yourself on the back, say goodbye to your guides, and enjoy your last ride in the Unimog to your bus at the bottom of the mountain. Take advantage of the scenic drive back to Skagway to look over your pictures and joke about who was the bravest zipliner. This is bound to be an “E.X.C.U.R.S.I.O.N of a lifetime”, one you will surely remember for years to come!

5.00We had such a fun time zip lining with guides Zack and Drew! All but 1 of us 6 ever zip lined. They made our adventure safe and fun with certain stunts on each zip line. This will be a memory we carry with us forever. Thank you Zack and Drew.

5.00What a beautiful place to zipline! Guides are very cool and patient. There are different tips and tricks to learn as well. My favorite? The salmon dance!!! Great time had by all. I would for sure recommend this tour!

5.00More than just zip lining the bus ride up is also beautiful. Definitely something to recommend. Everyone was knowledgeable of the landscape in the history from the bus driver to the ziplining guides.. The ziplining guides, Bella and Zack, we're absolutely incredible. They made the whole experience fun, engaging, and informative. There was another woman on the trip who is really scared to do it and she totally turned her tune around by the end of the experience. This is definitely something for all ages.

5.00Sophie and Layla were so fun! They were our guides during our trip to Alaska in July, and they did a great job. This is the best zip lining course I’ve been to and I have been to a lot. What I liked most about this course specifically is the fact that they drive you up to the top of the mountain in a very cool Mercedes monster truck; I love this aspect because I have been to courses where you are required to walk up a tower and that’s just not fun. The zip lines were awesome. They went over grizzly Falls as we made our way down the mountain on our course. I also liked that safety measures were taken very seriously, but they made each run fun whether it was belting out our favorite karaoke song, teaching us how to hang upside down or “trust falling“ off the platform. The scenery is majestic too!

5.00Our family of five (three boys ages 15, 13 and 10) had an amazing time! Our guides Drew and Sophie were incredible. Only two other people in our group which made it like its own private outing! Beautiful location! Highly recommend!

5.00We went with our family - 18 of us - and had an great time. Zack and Bella were awesome guides who paid close attention to safety while we were enjoying the experience. A few of us had ziplined before and many of us were first timers - all of us really enjoyed the trip. We would do it again if in Skagway in future. Thanks Grizzly Falls Ziplining and especially Zack and Bella!

5.00What a blast! I've been zip lining in lots of places and never has it been this much fun. Sophie and Drew were terrific! There were 10 zip lines, including 2 small ones at the beginning. Most of them had a theme--from upside down Spiderman moves, to add-on dance moves, to letting out your best scream. Drew even taught us how to keep ourselves straight, which is something I've always battled with and never knew there was a trick. I feel absolutely awful that I spaced out on giving them a tip. Sophie/Drew, if you have a Venmo, let me know. :)
