We specialize Leopard Centric Photography Safaris to Yala National Park which we have been exploring for the past 8 years.

Your experienced driver also acting as a tracking guide will listen carefully to the distress calls of the monkeys, deer, and birds and will understand the behavior and the movement of the leopards on that day. Therefore, he will drive in the routes that will give you the best chance of seeing the big cats.

The specially designed safari jeep which is a Land Rover Defender sits 5 people comfortably. The retractable windshield is made just for low-angle photography and to maximize the scenic views surrounding you.

We will start the Safari from the car park of the Palatupana Entrance of the Park or Hotel (Free hotel pick up can be arranged if in the Yala vicinity) Once we go through the standard process of entry into the park, we will start exploring the second biggest national park in Sri Lanka which is home to the Largest Leopard population in Sri Lanka Your experienced driver also acting as a tracking guide will listen carefully to the distress calls of the monkeys, deer and birds will understand the behavior and the movement of the leopards on that day. Therefore, he will drive in the routes that will give you the best chance of seeing the big cats Be sure to keep an eye out for the exclusive Sri Lankan Sloth Bear and Elephants amongst other species. Yala is also a true haven for seasonal migratory & resident birds

Absolutely outstanding experience with Naween Safari in Yala National Park! From start to finish, the service was professional, friendly, and incredibly well-organized. Naween and his team went above and beyond to ensure we had the best safari experience, expertly guiding us to spot elusive leopards, majestic elephants, and a variety of other incredible wildlife. Naveen is a very experienced and knowledgeable guide, who's well connected and would go above and beyond to make sure the clients are satisfied. We had the time of our lives with Naveen as our guide. He is friendly, helpful, professional and thanks to him, i was able to capture the best pictures so far of bears, leopards, elephants, tuskers, eagles and other animals. Naveen's Landrover defender made it easy for us to cover most of the areas in Yala. I cant wait to go back this year (2022) with Naveen on another unforgettable trip. Highly recommended for people trying to visit Yala for the first time or anyone who is looking for an unforgettable experience.

Was an incredible Experience. Naveen as a Tourguides made an excellent job and is very good connected. If there is the Leopard somewhere, he will lead you directly to him. The Landrover Defender made it quite a trip. I would suggest everyone to book this Tour!

Highly recommend this safari tour at Yala Np in a Landrover Defender. Naveen is the most experienced guide, so there is very high chance to see some leopards and elephants.

This is not the first safari I had in yala, but this was probably the best so far. What an amazing safari it was with our friendly and knowledgeable guide Naveen. He was able to track the leopards well and knows a lot about the individual leopards in yala. We managed to spot 3 of them and several elephants. Really enjoyed it and would highly recommend it to anyone.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Feel at ease if you are booking with Naveen. He will take care of everything you ask him and more and give you the most magical safari experience. My partner and I were visited Yala National Park for our anniversary. Because of Naveen we saw every animal there is to see in the park!! He has an intuition about their behavior that is unparalleled and a deep knowledge of their habitat. We had 3 leopard sightings and even saw the extremely rare sloth bear. Having grown up at yala, Naveen knows the names of all the birds and animals which means you are getting a guide, driver, AND tracker. We were super impressed and extremely grateful for the wild experience!

Absolute Legend Naveen! Having lived in Lanka all my life, this was by far the most fun we’ve had on safari. Friendly, easy- going, well versed with his flora and fauna, and with the Yala National Park. Can’t wait to go back!
