5.00Great tour! Our guide was so knowledgeable and was so nice to wait for us when we couldn't find parking. Go early so you can find a spot and walk to the meeting place! We went into the Sassi and visited spots we wouldn't have been able to find on our own. .

5.00Route with very suggestive stops and curiosities. Absolutely to do. The female guide (unfortunately I can't remember the name) made a place that is already its own even more wonderful. Rating guide 10 and honors with added honors. Passion culture and sympathy distinguish her. Just good.

3.00Our guide was knowledgeable and the walk was enjoyable. However be aware that if you are driving to the event, Matera is a very busy town with limited parking. Perhaps Viator could suggest parking options.

5.00Very well informed guide. Good English. The walking trip was very well planned as we started high and ended low, so almost no climbing. At the end you had the choice of staying on the main street of the old town, or walk back with the guide up to the new town.

5.00Patricia was an excellent informative guide who showed us all over Matera. We were lucky to have her to ourselves. She spoke perfect English and answered our many questions about life in Matera,past and present. It was very historical and interesting. How amazing to visit the third oldest inhabited city in the world! We were very glad to take his guided tour and learn so much!
