Amazing hot springs with cozy sauna rooms and heat rooms they produce complementary water to drink at the facility and the animals up there was a nice educational experience

This tour was comfy and convenient, but not worth it for a ½-day trip. I know animals are unpredictable, but it felt like a sad zoo. The spa was perfectly pleasant and relaxing. The driver said he'd come into the lobby to pick us up, but instead he sat in the truck, which we couldn't see from the cafe. After sitting there for 20 min wondering where he was, i finally noticed the truck Overall its a completely skippable tour. Book a half day at the spa yourself and take a cab there, you'll save a ton of $$$

Brilliant day. Our giude Rick was super knowledgeable about the wildlife preserve and Whitehorse in general and was just an all round nice guy. The Eclipse Hot Springs were an awesome experience and something everyone should do when they're here.
