1.00When we arrived at the location, nothing was working. The audio required is not even possible to find. We asked for help online on the app and nobody was helping like no operator was supposed to be able to like he was still detection so we asked for a refund and it’s not working either so this is it feels like a scam

4.00Though not especially user friendly, once we got the hang of it we saw lots on Haarlem! The tour takes more than the 2 hours advertised, We enjoyed it. The tour could be improved if the guide gave verbal directions from site to site. For example, continue down the street for about 50 meters. Also, the download for the guide ended up in my spam folder. I almost missed it.
