Nicola is a friendly lady who is very talented. She showed us how to cook the meals which we ate hater on. The ambience in her kitchen was lovely and we learnt so much from her about the correct way to cook items.

My wife and I attended the Ottolenghi themed cooking demonstration. Nicola was amazing as she whipped through making 12 dishes for us to enjoy. The company was delightful and the food sublime. We will be back!

We spent a great evening with Nicola and Rosie! The cooking studio is lovingly furnished and modern equipped. We felt very comfortable, it was a great and family evening with lots of food and wine. Nicola was very keen to let us taste as many traditional dishes as possible. The selection was really perfect, everything tasted so great. We would love to come back and attend another cooking class. Thank you so much for the great evening!

Nicola welcomed us with bubbles and a beautiful kitchen setting for an evening of cooking and laughing and meeting new people! It was a really lovely new experience and we could enjoy our own creations at the end in a social setting. Nicola expertly guided us through the evening and gave us useful practices to take forward into our own kitchens!

Abbie and I had the absolute pleasure of taking a cooking class with Nicola, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. From start to finish, the experience felt warm, local, and incredibly professional. Nicola is full of life, stories, and talent. She creates an atmosphere that is welcoming and relaxed while still being thoughtfully structured and well executed. We learned how to prepare traditional South African dishes, enjoyed excellent local wine, and connected with a small group of people from all over the world. The intimate class size made it easy to ask questions, have meaningful conversations, and truly engage in the cooking process. This was not just a cooking class, but a cultural experience. It felt authentic, personal, and thoughtfully curated. If you are looking for something beyond a standard tourist activity and want a genuine, memorable experience rooted in local food and hospitality, this is it. Highly recommend. We would do it again without hesitation.

This cooking class was fabulous — a wonderful introduction to South African cuisine and its flavours. Nicola is a fantastic host who immediately puts everyone at ease, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The meal and accompanying wines were absolutely delicious. I cannot recommend this experience highly enough.
