5.00We did a private shore excursion for 10 people from the Hanoi cruise terminal to Halong Bay. We used the Halong Bay Shore Excursion in Hanoi through Harry Nguyen. They picked us up at cruise port and dropped us off with lots of time to spare. Instructions were clear and guide Tommy was friendly and organized. The excursion was inexpensive considering the wonderful lunch they provided and the stupendous sites we saw! Great half day!

5.00The whole trip was fantastic and well arranged. Julie contacted us months before the excursion ensuring that every detail was in order, double and triple checks helped to ease our minds when departing the ship. Coco our tour guide contacted us a few days before and once again provided all the details and answered all of our questions. He met us right where he said he would be and then guided us on a wonderful tour of Halong Bay. It included a wonderful hike, passage through a beautiful cave, a journey on a row boat under some caves into a beautiful lagoon where we encountered some local wildlife including monkeys. He provided us with much detail about Vietnam, the local area and insights into further travel. Then we had a fantastic seafood feast on our way back to the cruise port. A super and memorable morning! Cudo’s to the crew of the ship!

5.00Excellent experience, wonderful service & delicious food. Our handsome looking tour guide Nyugen Tuan Phuong was amazing, very knowledgeable and speaks fluently in English and Mandarin. Our group of 30 people all had an enjoyable day at Halong Bay.
