5.00I would highly recommend booking this transfer and train ticket, especially if you do not speak Mandarin. Alana was incredibly helpful in getting our train tickets booked and making sure we had every little detail we needed to make our train journey smooth and easy. The small premium you pay versus buying the tickets yourself and arranging your own transfer is well worth the money. Everything is done for you and you have someone available should you have any questions or concerns arise. Alana was super responsive and made what could have been an intimidating experience feel really easy.
