5.00This is the best cooking class we have done. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel which was wonderful. We started off going through the markets and learning about the ingredients used in Vietnamese cooking. We learnt so much from Trang and found the experience very insightful and enjoyable. The cooking class was incredible. We were all involved with all the dishes unlike other classes where you only have one role. The food was incredible and we really feel that we can try to replicate this at home. Trang had a passion for food and you can see this. Trang was amazing, we would highly recommend this to anyone looking to go on a cooking class.

5.00Picked up by cyclo, driven serenely through the busy streets of Hanoi to French quarter - and met the charming Mango who toured me through the wet market, dry market and introduced me to so many new ingredients. She also explained how some of then were not only used by why they made each dish better. We stopped for some sweet treats where she told me how to properly eat to honor yin and yang. By this point I knew that this was not a usual cooking class! We taxied through crazy traffic and suddenly arrived at a peaceful street where Thom Culinary shares gardens with their neighbors Mango showed me both her herb garden and the vegetable garden. I was also blessed with a tour of the family temple and further details about Vietnamese culture were revealed. Finally onto the cooking of four amazing dishes, all delicious and abundant! I ate way more than I should have and was excited to learn that recipes were to be sent! To top off this amazing day, I was sent home in taxi with a goody box of fresh spicy cake that was warm from the oven. I’ve never had such an experience before. So much more than a cooking class!!

5.00Trang is such a lovely guide to the world of Vietnamese cuisine. She gives a true Vietnamese farm-to-table experience and her psssion for food and setting shines. The location is a small paradise away from the hustle and honking of the Hanoi streets and we had a lovely evening.

5.00A very nice experience. We started walking to the market, where I was introduced to local products. Before cooking, I was introduced to various plants, herbs and fruits, which are grown in the garden next door. Very friendly, kind people. I enjoyed both the cooking and the time spent together ❤️
