5.00We just did a street food tour through this company with Rocky. It was absolutely outstanding. The dishes we got to taste were all unique and 10/10 for taste. We wouldn't have ventured to explore them without Rocky's excellent local knowledge. Rocky was personable, knowledgeable and great with the kids. We would definitely recommend!
The time we met at the market to gather supplies, to ending with a toast of rice wine, the cooking class was amazing!

5.00Great experience all around! Fun cyclo ride, great market tour with our knowledgeable guide and then fantastic setting for the class in a beautiful courtyard surrounded by gardens. My boys (ages 13 and 10) were engaged the whole time (not easy!), and the food we made was the best Vietnamese we’ve had so far on our trip (including better than a Michelin Bib Gourmand spot we ate at). Highly recommend the experience!

5.00We started off with a fun tuk tuk ride to join Mango, our chef, in a tour through the wet and dry markets. She then led us to her cooking school which was tucked away in a beautiful piece of oasis in the middle of Hanoi surrounded by beautiful gardens. Mango was very informative and she demonstrated then we followed. We prepared 4 Vietnamese dishes and they were very delicious. Highly highly recommend this cooking school.

5.00Everything about this culinary experience was fantastic! Miss Mango was a fantastic teacher and I learned so many wonderful tips about Vietnamese cooking that I brought home and used already! The flavors were delicious and her culinary school is this beautiful oasis in the middle of Hanoi. Highly recommend!

5.00We had the most incredible cooking experience in Hanoi with Thanh. From the very beginning, it felt personal, immersive, and so thoughtful. The market tour alone was worth it — Thanh guided us through both the wet and dry markets, explaining everything in a way that made the culture come alive. We tasted so many new fruits we would have never tried on our own and learned how locals truly shop and cook day-to-day. Back at the venue (which is absolutely stunning, by the way), we learned to cook traditional Vietnamese dishes like pho, beef wrapped in betel leaf, and fresh spring rolls. Thanh broke everything down so clearly and made it feel approachable. What really made the experience unforgettable was Thanh himself — so warm, so knowledgeable, and so generous with his stories about Vietnamese culture and traditions. It felt less like a class and more like spending the day with a friend who genuinely loves sharing his home with you. If you’re in Hanoi, this is an absolute must. A highlight of our entire trip.

5.00Our market tour and cooking class with Trang was the highlight of our time in Hanoi! Trang is a delight, she was so amazing with our kids and had so much history and food knowledge to share! We toured the bustling markets, rode in bicycle carts, and then went to her cooking school in the most tranquil gardens right outside the city! The cooking class was not merely watching her prepare food - we made everything from scratch ourselves, with her helpful guidance. And it was delicious!! Cannot recommend this experience enough!
